All the same as above...Sony TV exchange and 0 data on when/where the TV is. They were supposed to call 2 days ago...still nothing. Hardly logical logistics...

It seems AIT needs to work on improving their customer service and fix their broken website scheduling service.Sony is using AIT to ship me a Tv. I tracked my shipment on AIT’s website and opted in to receive an email when it was time to schedule delivery, I still have not received any emails from them. I have received 2 automated calls that instruct you to go online and schedule a delivery. When I try to schedule, it says there is no record try again in 24hrs. I tried this for 3 days with no success. When I call about my delivery it’s all automated and just tells you to do it online. So I called again and pressed #2 which is for returns (not deliveries) and I was actually connected with a person who was able to transfer me to a representative in deliveries. They told me the name and # of a different company who is supposedly the ones actually delivering my tv but I have to wait until Monday to call them

I totally agree with the first two reviews for i am experiencing the same exact situation. Expected delivery was on January 2 got moved to January 11 been calling there customer service number daily. Back and forth they emailed, left a voicemail, “we will get back to you” etc etc. until now my TV isn’t delivered took the day off from work since today was the original delivery date. Called the san diego office and all of a sudden my TV is in the LA branch when my tracker says its been delivered to the San Diego terminal on January 3.

Received voice mail delivery in 7 days 2-18-21 with day b4 call delivery alert not received. I called on 18th but they said can't deliver till 22nd. Didn't bother to call me regarding cancellation. I have to miss another days work to be here.
