Quick Care I had to take my daughter here for a fever and body aches I love how easy it is to check in They send you a link to your phone and allow you to take pictures of your insurance & ID to quickly get you checked in We waited under 15 minutes to be seen The staff including nurses and doctors were all very friendly helpful and considerate My daughter was screaming when the nurses tried to get her vitals and swabs for Covid/flu and strep testing which made it difficult to get the necessary information but they remained patient and creative with the ways to get what they needed My daughter refused to take any of the medicine they provided So the doctor actually gave me new tips to try at home and told me not to worry about it if she couldn't take it in the office I appreciated how kind and patient they were because I felt so embarrassed especially when my daughter practically kicked the nurse that tried to swab her nose We got the results quickly and was in and out within an hour Definitely recommend this urgent care 10/10

Excellent care. All of the women that work there are so wonderful and kind and caring. I had a great experience and did not have to wait super long like most urgent care places. The facilities are extremely clean which is really important to me in a medical office.

Absolutely disappointed with this Urgent Care. While they label their business hours as 8am-8pm without the need to call ahead and make an appointment, when I walked in the clinic at 2pm to see if I have a broken rib, they turned me away and said they have hit max capacity and the clinic closes at 4. There's only 2-3 patients waiting in the lobby at that time. I find it horrendous that they are an "urgent care" but do not provide urgent care support. Change your business hours on your door, website, and social media if you can't provide services during the hours you claim you would.

I would not be leaving a review if it wasn't for Marc, the nurse. He was incredibly warm and welcoming. Marc kept everything lighthearted, made the whole experience better in the end. He was respectful, accommodating, and extremely professional without being cold and robotic.

honestly this place is terrible. how do you call someone with said results and when I call back you guys can't find the report you called me to discuss about a minute prior to me calling you back? then your front desk ladies are rude as ever on the phone trying to tell me that the report isn't back and i need to wait for the call. excuse me, news flash YOU CALLED ME WITH THE RESULTS? When i went in initially, no exam was done i talked to the np for 2 seconds. like this definitely was not worth my time and money,

I took my 87 year old father here when his at home Covid test was positive. My dad has a pace maker and is on heart medication. The RN was very knowledgeable and caring and spoke to my dad's cardiologist before prescribing Paxlovid. I'm happy to report my dad is feeling better each day!

I was there for UTI. They took me righ away, but told me that result will he in 3 days. 3 days??? Really? They prescribed me antibiotics without having the test and diagnosis back. What if I don't have UTI? Take meds anyway? Horrible! No words to describe how unprofessional it was.

PA Michael is the reason for this 5 star review! Along with the friendly and welcoming front desk staff and medical assistants, Michael made me feel heard while still working quickly to get all of the patients seen in a timely manner. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone in the area with an appropriate need.

I was very pleased with my care here today. I was treated by Michael Gonzalez PA. Michael was very knowledgeable in diagnosing my problem. I felt comfortable with sharing information and felt that all my needs were addressed. Very nice and friendly clinician. Would recommend trusting him with your care.

Went in to have a Covid test today and the facility was dirty. I waited almost two hours before I went to get tested elsewhere. The room I was placed in to have the test done had dirt and dust everywhere and someone left their personal items behind so that was a clear indicator that the room had not been cleaned/reset.

Everyone was friendly. Each step went well. Dr. Krause worked efficiently and thoroughly. I like his way offering care and service. I appreciate very much his kindness and high standard professional services.

Waste of time and energy, with no result. I’m back at the emergency room because of their greed for money. Don’t waste your time with this place
