This morning around 730a I went to get a carton of cigarettes. The young woman sitting behind the counter on her phone was rude and unprofessional. No greeting of good morning or even hello. I asked for the cigs, she brought them I tapped my card, entered my pin, the screen said “input accepted “. She says “it didn’t work.” I say, “it says accepted” on my screen. She’s irritated and says “it didn’t work” and told me to use debit. I said I did and if I need to run it again “I can’t unless you clear the transaction “. She figured it out and I ran again. Totally nasty attitude. No “please” no “thank you “ from her. So I said “thank you for the attitude “. She jumps back at me “YOU have an attitude !” I know she obviously wasn’t trained in customer service but rudeness to customers is beyond ridiculous. And she wasn’t busy. I was the only one there. Unacceptable

They guy there today sucks. No price on any of their items . Took 4 different items and they were all the same price. Asked him why no price was listed and he said talk to my manager. I ask to talk to the manager and he said they all just left.

Expired products on the shelves and no apology or exchange. I get it's 7/11 and what do you really expect, but the lack of care is pretty embarrassing. I bought something off of the shelf and took it back showing the product was bad and was met with a shoulder shrug and "it's already open" Honestly it's not about any price but just the level of respect/ or care for customers is unreal.

I have been visiting this location for a few years now, it's on my way to/from work. The employees are awesome! Friendly and welcoming. The female, I get the impression she may be an owner, but either way, she is one of the friendliest people I have met here. Always a smile! This last visit I came across this new coffee machine, which is worth the visit. I wish I would have got the employees name, but he guided me through the process, and promised I would not be disappointed with the new coffee. He was correct! The iced mocha was perfect! I mean for the cost and same quality as a coffee shop. Plus the management is great here. Please stop by and support this location.

Literally ZERO mask enforcement. I was just there and watched 3 customers in a row walk in without masks and walking around and checking out without the cashier asking them to out a mask on. Terrible.

I was just there 10 minutes ago(8ish pm 1/31/2021)and there was a really toxic smell in the whole place i thought it was one of there machines was making the place smell really toxic bc I have a head ache currently. Asked the lady what the smell was she said burnt cheese but it was clearly a lie bc they had someone working back there and it smelt like harsh chemicals. I work on motorcycles so I'm familair with harsh smells, these were harsh toxic chemicals almost thought of calling somebody bc I got a major head ache.

I was really disappointed to see both clerks were not wearing masks while I was in the store. Even after seeing I was there.
