Horrible. My neighbor had his flooring done back when the father was in charge. Now that the sons have taken over, the company is running in a horribly different direction. I had a consultation done and they essentially dropped me for ambiguous reasons. They seem greedy and unfair, be careful.

What an awesome company! They offer quality products (had new vinyl flooring installed), fair pricing, GREAT customer service (Most RARE these days!). Their crew is wonderful - fast, neat, well-organized and dependable. These guys know what they're doing! And best of all, when there was 1 spot I was not happy with, they came out the next day & fixed it to my satisfaction. Be careful with this place. The prices are about $2 per sq ft higher than competition.Also, I asked for a quote on a specific carpet, brand and name. They have me a quote on a Private Label carpet which they said is the same carpet. The quote on the Private Label carpet was competitive with the competition but, it wasn't the same exact one I asked for. There's a reason it's a Private Label. They knew they wouldn't be close in price on the exact carpet I asked for so they gave a quote on the Private Label carpet instead.Regardless of whether or not it's the same carpet, I specifically asked for a quote on a particular carpet but, they never gave me a quote on that one.Additionally, not only did they quote the Private Label carpet instead on the specific carpet I requested, they don't even bother to show me the carpet with a side by side comparison to the actual carpet I asked for. All they did was tell me in the phone that "it's the same carpet." Then why didn't they just show the Private Label and the actual carpets to me and let me decide instead of substituting the carpet in the quote? Also, why didn't they just give me a quote for the actual carpet I asked for instead of arguing with me and trying to convince me that the Private Label carpet was the same as the actual carpet?The representative in the store knew less about the carpets than I did and I don't know much about carpets. I looked things up on Google but, this kid, who is a relative of the owner couldn't answer any of our questions. So, this gives you an idea of what he was trying to do. He did there waiting for customers to go into the store and buy the carpet so he makes his commission but, makes no effort to learn about the product.Don't trust this business. Or, at the very least, get other quotes from other stores. I'm pretty sure the other stores will give you better service and will be less expensive for the same exact carpet without trying to substitutes a Private Label carpet.

I highly recommend hiring Designers Magic Flooring for any residential laminate or solid wood upgrade. My experience working with R.J. and his staff in two of my properties has been very pleasant. Designers Magic stood behind the product and work! In my current home, R.J. and his team repaired and replaced a three year old laminate floor they previously installed in the Master Bathroom. The repair was completed at no cost to me including materials and labor. They exceeded my expectations and standing behind their products and installations.

Designer's Magic Carpet & Flooring did a fantastic job installing my new flooring and baseboards. They actually completed the job in one day! I had a couple of spots on my wall where the drywall had come off and after I sent them pictures, they came out right away and patched and painted. It is a pleasure to doing business with them and I will refer them to everyone needing their type of service.

They did excellent work in our home. Installed new flooring in 3000 sq ft of our home. They came in 1 week while we were out of town and did everything. Quick, clean, courteous. No trouble with the neighbors. Afterwards, they sent people to take care of the loose ends within 1 week. This is a top notch company with quality workmanship and kind people. I will use them again and I highly recent them. They even fed the Hampster while we were out of town.

They installed a new wood floor after our old floor was water damaged. We found the perfect wood in their showroom and they worked with us to quote the job and fit the installation into our schedule. Within 1 week they demolished, prepared, and installed the wood floor and replaced and painted all the baseboards. Everything was done beautifully. They communicated with us every step along the way and they were easy to reach by phone and by text. We are really impressed with the professional job they did from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install hardwood floors.

I have had this company work at my place and my friends. Nobody was disappointed. All details were handled efficiently. Each Department was well coordinated. Actually what I picked had a defect from the manufacture. The owner replaced 1000 square feet at NO COST to me! WOW! Everything they did is what they said they would do. Great customer service . This company is in my permanent referral list. Check them out!
