If you are looking for cheap ones, a good place to go. But if you are looking for good models and thinking get a good discount from this store, just don't waste your time. Price isn't actually lower unless you buy 2. And selection is so limited guaranteed pretty much no newer model available. For example, it only stock limited color/size of Novablast 3 while Novablast 4 has been out for quite a while.
It's not worthy to visit.

Very bad customer service not even helpful. Old Caucasian associate rude grabbed the shoe from my hand and grabbed the box from where I was sitting. He didn’t even said can I have it he just grabbed it without saying can I have it. This old associate had no manners at all. He felt so entitled when he just works at retail and gets a low wage but still feels like he can treat anyone like that. I think some old people need to retired if they can provide good customer service. I walked away I didn’t bother buying nothing at all from this retail store not going to leave my money to a bad customer experience. If by any chance the corporate sees this review check out your associates behavior and follow up if they’re doing their job right. Send undercover spy’s to see what this old associates are treating customers.

I brought my sister here to return some shoes she bought online two days ago, and the manager "Ricky" would not accept the return. He said we had to return them online. That's ridiculous because we later went to the store in city of Commerce, and they accepted the return hassle free. They're both Asic stores just one difference is the customer service at this store is horrible. It was a whole scene and we are going to be writing a note to the corporate office as well.I would stay away from this store at all costs. There's so many better stores at this outlet.

The staff here is very attentive and knowledgeable. I've interacted several times with Brandon and he's fantastic. I love the personal touch/feel of this store. If you're gonna buy shoes, give this shop a try.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This is my frist time buying Asics shoes. When I went to there store I asked the person for good walking shoes. They recommended the NIMBUS 24. I am very disappointed in these shoes, all I do is walk in them. I don't play sports, train or run in these shoes just walk 1-2 miles a day. They only last me 4 months I was told by the warranty department they are at there "end-of-use point and not longer should be used" I feel they should last more than 4 months for $160. The rubber came off like butter the fabric is breaking down and my toes come through the sides. You would think these shoes would hold up better than they did. They have cheap manufacturer quality and they don't stand behind there products. They lost a customer I will never recommend or buy from this company. These seem to use cheap Chinese material. Just go to Costco and buy a $30 pair of shoes that will last.

Gloria helped me and she was extremely knowledgeable and very, very kind. No pressure sales. Plenty of information and extremely good deals. These are said to be the most supportive shoes for women who have flat feet. That has proven true. I bought these before and this is what I returned to when those were out. Good looking shoes and great feeling!

Shout out to Ricky at ASICS at this store. Ordered online, ASICS "track a package" after ordering was not helpful at all. Called their corp office in Irvine was given wrong info as well about when shoes could be expected. Ricky helped me get info on when my shoes would be in and had great follow up with helping track my shoes so I could pick them up in store. Thanks Ricky for great CS!
