I was able to make a 2pm appointment online. Shortly after I received a phone call from the clinic and was told a 10am appointment was available. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic for my ear infection and it was at the pharmacy by the time I arrived home. By noon I was on my way to recovery from a painful ear ache. Thank you Sutter Urgent Care - San Carlos.

A total waste of time for my husband. The doctor didn't want to do anything for him, just kept talking, not really listening to me, and just kept telling us to go to the ER. Sounded like she didn't want to be responsible and just sent us to ER. We did not go to the ER, not necessary. Urgent care is fine if you have a quick fix. If you need tests and are a challenge , forget it.

Had a severe earache which was made even worse every time I swallowed. after just using pain meds with no relief I came here. The doctor examined me and prescribed some meds. After a trip to my pharmacy and one more day of discomfort, I can say I'm finally pain free.

If I could give minus stars,i would. The dr. I saw left notes saying HEENT were normal. Since she did not check my heart, ears, neck, nose, I am do not know how she could give any report, unless she lied. I am rightly, furious. When it comes to paying the fee for this visit, I will deduct the amount allotted to a complete visit.

My only complaint is that the front entrance is a bit far from the Urgent Care check-in. Otherwise, 10/10. The nurses and techs were so nice to me and Dr. Meredith got straight to the issue. Very happy with my care here and simply thankful- I showed up in really rough shape and felt better just a few hours later. Thank you ladies! I really appreciate your kindness and careful care.

Great service, no wait at all. The doctor was prompt and gave me a diagnosis and then prescribed proper medication. I’m happy to have this facility for urgent care.

It's not our first time here. Every visit with the kid to urgent care goes smoothly and nicely. It has a beautiful facility, a kind front desk, and great doctors.

Urgent care was excellent. I received attention within minutes and the doctor and nurse were professional, diagnosed my eye condition and offered appropriate treatment.
