Since I been having to learn the area, especially coming from San Diego, they really are top #1 on my list for party planning supplies and all your party needs. And prices are very reasonable and if you have 5 star rewards you can get discounts for shopping with them. For my 1st time I got my 5$ discount and I had a great experience. I really recommend it. It's what I'm used to back home and better than party city prices when it comes to plates and table covers and cups.

If you need party stuff, go here. Party stuff is pretty good, they have balloons as well as party items for cheap prices in bulk. Avoid toys (they are usually overpriced)

One reason I come here is costumes or chocolates. Oh I guess that's two so on two reasons. I think they have better deals then a lot of places for Halloween costumes . I go all out with the chocolates too . I recently discovered the Idaho spud which is now a favorite of mine. Also recently discovered the adult sock section haha. It's not for kids ! I've always had great service here. They got some cool people working here. The locations pretty good too. Oh yeah you get a free chocolate on your bday month too. Check out the five stars app.

No customer service. Big store, lots of stuff but be prepared to hunt in your own . The guy seems to prefer folding gallons to helping customers. On the mail street of Laurel in San Carlos.

OK selection of party items for my grandson. Balloons were on the pricy side but at least the workers there were kind enough.

Terrible customer service. They assured me I could return items I did not use, then refused to allow me to return them. Ridiculous. They just lost a customer for good. Some of the employees are nice and try to be helpful but the manager wasRude and unhelpful. I'll never be backz
