Incredibly rude counter staff member, multiple times now with the same person who is inconvenienced by the fact that he actually has to do his job. Always my least favorite service counter to go to, avoiding it at all costs from now on.

Attentive customer service!!! I went here today looking for an obscure part for a wall vanity light fixture. I knew it would be a long shot. They didn't have it but the man at the front desk (youngish, tall, dark hair) really tried and I felt he really cared. He examined the part I brought and: - he went to the back stockroom to look for something similar - he suggested trying a few other places - he even went online to get me the phone number of the fixture company (I brought a paper copy with the fixture's description, bought awhile ago at the Lighthouse in San Carlos which is no longer in business). Note: the entrance is on the east side of their building, next to their big parking lot.

I realize that the people behind the desk deal with with parts all day, and the particular names of items. The person I had to deal with acted like a child because he was unwilling to work with me to convey what I needed. I get it, but if that's your job..... better off not working if that's your job.

Quick reciving overnight parking is allowed. Just need to move truck before 5.50 am because there trucks come in morning for delivery . They have bathroom too for drivers . Gd place to deliver

Do not buy here! Just spent over an hour trying to get two items that were carefully written down by my electrician. Tony, behind the counter, looked at the items and came back with the wrong ones. When i asked him he said he knew nothing of electricity not anyone else in the store (!!!). I finally convinced him to ask around and of course everyone else knew what I needed (which they did not have in stock so now have to wait for them to give me a refund, since Tony WAS really good at taking my CC upfront!). It was like asking a car sales guy if the car was auto transmission and him saying "I don't drive so have no idea". Terrible service.

I just had a very quick conversation with a salesperson at RWE. I couldn't believe how short and rude he was to me on the phone. First I asked about having a consultation about the lighting that I would like to buy. " Nope " he replied. I then asked about pricing for Peerless strip lights and he said " gimme the part numbers, I need the part numbers, you have to get them online" which I did have but since he was so rude I told him I would call another distributor who might have more time to answer my questions. Not a fan of RWE : (
