This is the worst car body shop I have ever been to. They proposed it would only take at most 2 days to get my body part (a front bumper) but after FOUR weeks they still didn’t get it. I followed up every week and in the end they directly ghosted me. Don’t trust them. They take no responsibility for their “business”.

Very shady people takes months to fix a car and will park your car illegally on the street. Received mulitple parking tickets. Most definitely not taking care of your vehicle while in their prosession. Will not pick up my calls and ghosted me for days until i had my insurance people reach out. Still waiting for my car to get fixed after more than a month.Only used them because the towing company "recommeded" a nearby auto body shop and switched to them without telling me because the inital shop was "full". Shady...

EXCELLENT! Triple M Auto Body Shop is trustworthy, and professional with a highly trained staff. The manager and technicians completed the work on my vehicle in a timely manner. They delivered beautiful results at a reasonable and affordable price point. My vehicle was handled with care and returned clean and detailed. The customer service was friendly and the shop clean. I definitely will return.

My husband has a classic car that he wanted re-painted so we took it to triple m. It needed a lot of work and rust taken off and a bunch of other body stuff done to it so I know it would take a long time, especially with the COVID situation. But when they finally called that it was ready and we drove to pick it up after inspecting and walking around the car we found multiple things wrong such as a lighter spray in certain areas, bubbles under the paint, un-smooth surfaces, emblems not in the right place on each side, etc. This first time I can understand things like this happened but this happened to us 3 TIMES. I don't understand why the people doing the work especially the owner didn't walk around the car and inspect it before calling and saying it was ready? Do they have no pride in their work? Needless to say this process took about a year when it should have maybe taken 8 months. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

One of the few honest guys left in this industry. if you need any body work done, I highly recommend this shop. They deal with the insurance adjuster for you so you don't need to deal with their headache.

They deal with the insurance adjuster for you so you don't need to deal with their headache. the payout wasn't enough to cover the repairs but the owner knows how to deal with those suckers.
