Mom and pop shop, they're my type of store, no frills, inexpensive, and yet, quality items. Free to very low, delivery prices. Compared to others and I definitely researched with a couple other mattress stores.

Worst company in world , waited over 14 weeks for garden furniture but no delivery . I had an email stating it would deliver first week in August But am still waiting , non existent customer feed back and now blocked of face book . Beware of this firm

Finding furniture stores in San Francisco for a reasonable price is a challenging endeavor. A friend of mine recommended New Starlight, and I am so glad he did! Their prices were super reasonable, delivery to San Francisco including assembly and carrying up 3 flights of stairs in a walk up was only $20. Scheduling was a breeze- they do Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday delivery to the city, with a 2-hour window. Their delivery guys were polite and on time. I couldn't be happier with both my purchase and the service, and would definitely go back for any additional furniture needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place promised a couch to be delivered the day of my move in and offered free delivery. Soon to find out after the purchase and promise the man "Ben" calls back and says it's out of stock and that it won't actually come for another 2/3 weeks, he then offers another couch that looks smaller but tells us it's actually $100 more and that he'll split the price with us! Knowing I've been scammed we immediately ask for a refund, they don't take refunds, he took our full payment of the couch before checking if the couch was in stock. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place is a huge scam, they lie so much, I'm not trying be one of those annoying customers and exaggerate but this is seriously unprofessional to make promises you can't even keep. The lady who stands by his side also is no help! When I kept calling for an update on my couch they both made up fake stories about how they're still waiting for the couch to be delivered while the lady said he hasn't even ordered it yet!!!! HORRIBLE NEVER EVER AGAIN TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY somewhere else. If you want to get scammed come right on down to new starlight furniture !!!
