They have a wide variety of drinks and every time I come in and look for something that I think it's gonna be too exotic for them to store they always have it and the best part is the customer service I really love Emme Cause she not only gives good customer service but she's genuine and she always has a smile on her face so even if I've had a rough day Emme makes me feel like it's gonna be OK I'm starting to feel like she's my friend even if she doesn't know it!!

It was my first visit to BevMo! in San Bruno, and I like it! The employees were very kind, professional, and helpful. I founded what I wanted and was happy with my choice.

Update: Since writing the original review this morning (11/18), a store employee reached out to apologize for the error. The computer system had a glitch where it dropped some of the order to them but it was not complete as it lacked the pickup information. They canceled the order and put the items aside for me to pickup in store. So it was all resolved. Hopefully BevMo will fix this issue so no one else goes through this. == I have been to this BevMo several times without any issue. Now I placed an online order for pickup (before the store opened). I got back an email saying when ready an email would be sent. No email came, so I called up the store to find out it was "scheduled." Huh? This was a pickup. The store associate found the order and the items were pulled but could not change or access the system to tell it to pick up. He said he would call be back in 5 minutes. As of this writing, it has not occurred
