Kevin at the SSF store was excellent. He helped us and told us about other AT&T products without being overly aggressive which we experienced in the past.I think AT&T is just another greedy corporation, one of many that takes advantage of hard working people.

Horrible customer service. I spent 2 hrs waiting just to walk out. I was acknowledged by two staff members that kept saying “we’ll be with you shortly.” The only reason I didn’t purchase the plan online was there is a 3 day wait time to get an eSIM… save your time go somewhere else.

Zero stars' Receptionist was on her personal phone entire time. We wanted to purchase the new 15 pro for our business and they didn't have in stock. Promised to overnight it and they sent the wrong one. It took over 8 hours to rectify. Our business will never use them again. Go to Apple directly. They have no clue what they are doing.

Specifically told them not to add insurance and that I do not want to sign up for att next. Representative confirmed that nothing was added but refused to show a breakdown of order stating system does not allow this.After coming home and checking att account both services were added.This must be agains the law.

I was standing by the door, no one even said hi to me, 2 group ahead of me got help, next person came in and male worker helped him right away while I continue to be ignored!

The efficiency of doing things is too low. Even if you have a reservation, you have to wait for a long time and the staff is very inefficient.

The hours online and in the website don't match what they have on the store online it says they are open to 8pm not 7pm. What kind of store has less hours open during the holidays? I mean really they obviously don't know what they're doing or something is wrong with this AT&T. Also all the employees are inside sitting around watching a movie I guess hang out or something but really I was there to buy Four iPhone 15 pro max's to upgrade for my family for Christmas. I will go to another carrier after 26 years with Att it's just the typical way they have become

Worst customer experience ....check in wait for 1 hour then to find out the person that checked us in did not put us on list..... Manager came over and said it would be about 20 minutes.... well after about 45 minutes we went to check and see what's going on....the whole team was in a meeting ... Another problem is the employees are mismanaged by that mean they are in groups just talking to each other for very long periods of time obviously not helping the customer's.

Virginia 0 stars for lack of customer service and basic skills. Johan the technician gets 6 stars for being awesome and so nice and helpful. 3 star rating so far, 2 star rating for the bathrooms being absolutely horrific. Get it together.
