The people we helped out in bad situations, get a car they otherwise would never be able to get. With bad credit, little to no work history, and repos are incredible. There will always be the people who come with the intention of scamming. Comes with the business. If you bring 1000 measly dollar to try and get a car cash I can tell you right now it will be the cheapest car on the lot and it will have issues because, we will not invest hundreds or thousands on a 1000 dollar car that most likely you will not have the money to fix then run it to the ground and try to return it. My suggestion is to save up more money to be able to afford the cost and problems that come with buying a used car. I can tell you that I will never again help anyone down on there luck get a car, you want a perfect car, save perfect car money. The stress and problems that come with this business are insane when dealing with people who think 1000 is a lot of money for a car. Don't waste your time or ours. All sales are final, so if she's giving you your money back, that's a favor we are doing for you. We have no idea what people do with the cars once they leave the lot, but I will say a used car is just that not a new vehicle to abuse. The lowest cash prices in sb are most likely, but if it's a low cash price, don't expect us to be responsible for anything on the car. That's why you're getting a low price, so if something comes up, you have the extra cash to repair it yourself.

This business deserves zero Stars I bought my car out right but they kept themselves as lien holder on the vehicle and now expect me to pay $25 to get their name off to trade in the vehicle that they had already lied to me about because they've been in a previous accident which they never brought up at the time of the transaction I was informed by a lawyer later on of this . They are straight scam artist do your business elsewhere don't get scammed like I did

0 star rating.Please do not put yourself through what I went through. Hopefully you're doing the right thing right now reading the reviews before you go in. You are wise to do so.I had an incredibly small budget for a replacement car for myself after serious family dilemmas suffocated my income. Maria, the true owner of this business, is a scammer. Along with her son, Miguel. family business. They both assured me the only way I could lease a car from them, was to lie to the loan company they partner with about my income. Yes read that again. After they lied, the company responded to them that I don't make the income qualifications.At this point I was very frustrated and without a car with children to feed and take to school. So I told Maria my budget again, and she offered a car with no connection to loan agency. I took it on spot after a quick test drive. There was no lights on dashboard, no weird sounds, it ran fine...but that was just the test drive. As I'm driving home -same day- the car violently starts shaking, starts spinning out when I pull over. This woman and business nearly killed me and my family! I towed it to her shop next day once it opened. Her whole family was yelling obscenities at me and my boyfriend, "don't you understand you bought the car" "Maria doesn't want to talk to you." So we waited for the owner, Maria. We called, emailed, had to come in every single day looking for her, it took her over three weeks to find time to talk to me. Then when I demanded my refund, she refused to give me cash even though that's what I gave her in total, and instead every other WEEK, sometimes 2, would send me a little bit of money through paypal till it added to the 1000s I gave her. It took months! She used my money instantly and paid me what she got out of her daily tips!This business I'm told by my authorities will be closed within the next month. Several, several people have made multiple legal cases on these crooks. And you will too, if you decide to neglect every red flag I've given. Nothing here at all is exaggerated for storytelling purposes! You have been warned. No one will feel sorry for you if you take on this business as legit.And Maria, you're gonna get what you deserve. You didn't fool anyone but yourself and pathetic family.

Horrible they sell lemons here bought a Car they told me they would buy a new engine for the car because it went out and never did now im going to take them too small claims court and sue them because of their lies and crooked ways, DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIFS LIARS AND MINIPULATORS, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!.

have purchased 2 cards from SilverStar and have been very happy with both Nissan's, a Murano & a Sentra.Every staff member was terrific and helpful.
