This middle eastern man starts yelling and gets mad for what I asked instead of just saying no I can't offer that he gets angry and yells and goes on and on even though I told him never mind he still kept going and going so I literally just walked out. What Kind of customer se ice is that?

They will sratch your laptop. I went in with my barcode perfectly fine and the white guy who looks like ramsee off the cooking show went in back and scratched it . Then said no sale after he gave me a valid price of 40 I dc at first til I realized he did that . He is going to realize we in San Bernardino we get what coming for us .you dnt destroy ppl property. Just give it back like as is . He think he was slick but he leaves out the back ? so he won't be seen but I lived in dino for 24 years it no other way my dude . Hope he survived threw more days before someone knock his head off his shoulders.

I wish I could leave this place zero stars! Aside from the young Hispanic gentleman that initially helped me, everyone in there is evil. The manager Max should never be able to be employed anywhere. He is the most coldhearted, rude and disrespectful human being I've ever met. Everyone is nice until you pawn your personal property to them and once they have it they treat you like s**** I pond my cell phone for the day knowing I would come back and get it but what I didn't think of ahead of time is that I would need to transfer money over from my savings to my checking. When I offered to handover my wallet in exchange for one minute with my phone in order to get the money to pay them the manager Max would not allow it. I told him I just wanted to get the money so I could pay them and get my phone, I was an hour away from home I had nobody's phone number memorized I was crying and scared but it didn't matter, he told me pawn something else or come back when I had the money. I told them I had literally had nothing else with me and no way of getting my money before they closed unless I could see my phone for one second and use it right in front of them. I will never ever set foot in there again. I have been in there one other time when there was a different manager there and it was a better is there I would stay far away. I was completely disgusted by him.

People here are rude, cussing, smells like smoke and weed, homeless all around property unsafe unsanitary STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS unless you want to get robbed by low offers.
