I understand that there have been some negative reviews about this location, but I personally had a great experience and would highly recommend it. I have been to many tax preparation locations that were unable to assist me or accurately file my taxes. However, when I came to this location, I immediately felt confident in their expertise and knowledge of the most recent tax updates. I am pleased to have found this location and would recommend it to anyone seeking professional tax preparation services.

Terrible place let me warn you don’t ever come here if I could rate this place 0 stars I would they take your money and don’t even file your paperwork they say they do but leave it until they say “they have time” they over charge yet don’t even file nothing and say they are working on it saying they’re super busy they could never answer the phone then they give you a appointment and when you get there have to wait 4-6 hours if you have questions they are never available to answer you just terrible! Save your money and don’t come here

Horrible place do not recommend to do your taxes they are very unprofessional. The workers are always late have people waiting for hours my mother was there from 12 pm till 11 pm

Hands-down the worst place I’ve been going for the past 15 years and this year 2024 I realize she not just charges me 500 to do my taxes, but get my tax refund check direct deposit to her account and steals 1000 from my refund I got charged 1500 to do my taxes. Wow, I went to speak to her and she didn’t like to hear the truth. All I wanted was my money back from this year I don’t care about the past years instead of answers she called the cops and got me escorted out of there. I will not be going back there, but I will be consulting an attorney and contacting the IRS for fraud. I do not recommend this place she’s stealing from vulnerable people that don’t understand English and do not read The paperwork we are all paying for her surgeries let’s open her eyes im never the type of person To do a review, but I just had it. She went over the limit today. Do not go to Jessica Or any of her Employees

I have been a customer for many years, and just last year after so long I realized that it steals money from the refund.........
To all those who file their taxes there, he does not give them their finished folder there because he makes modifications and then calls for you to go get it and everyone takes the folder and does not review the content in detail, which is where you see the change in different amounts. The one who writes down your card, you have to check carefully, because he steals a lot. If they are nice because they want to steal from you, it does help but they steal a lot from you. Even if things are crooked, they have to be straight. Of what they were going to reimburse me, he stole 1000 from me. Those who give 5 stars do not review their forms. I leave it to your discretion if you want to go get help and get robbed.

I live close by and see this place one day, and after the reviews, I was thinking twice. But I decided to say why not. I'm glad I did because the staff were really nice and helpful.

Love the helpfulness of staff. I owe taxes, but Jessica asked me a few questions to see if I qualify for any right off, and now I'm getting paid! I've been going here ever since.

I highly recommend this place they go above & beyond to make sure you get the best refund & the people they got working there are all friendly & professional I've been going for 5 years & never had a problem all these bad reviews & comments I think are hating people that don't understand the process. Jessica is the best tax preparer thus far mi oficina is the place to go

DON'T GO THERE! They made a mistake on my taxes & because of them the year is almost over & I still don't receive my taxes, you call to ask them for answers & they never have answers for you! Very bad service, don't go there, I don't recommend it!
