Terrible service, some very terrible old women who serve you, it's a shame if I don't know anything because they are problems, but just to make my day miserable, I went, they overcharge you and they are terrible. I had to call customer care to get back what they stole from me. , I recommend that you look for another store, hahaha I almost beat them ?

I went into stores to get a new line added. Everything went smoothly until the end. I got provided a case and screen protector that wasn't even installed right and a wall plug. I kept asking the lady if it was free cuz she said it comes with. And she kept saying yes. I paid because I thought they were the experts in the price just to find my receipt that was in the bag that says I was charged 25 for the screen protector 35 for the plug and 35 for the case. This is so unacceptable because I kept asking her if it was free and she kept saying yes. They lied to me to get 90 dollars out of me on a fixed income. The screen protector wasn't even installed right!!! Watch out cuz they try to tell you one thing but yet do the opposite. I'm so mad cuz 90 is a lot for a mother of 3 kids!!! I'm call them as soon as they decide to answer their phone. This is not okay this is straight up robbing me and who knows how many more.

Very bad service and response to my son's new phone not charging. They say no replacement unless I pay an extra fee. Mind you I just got it aug 17th a.nd i have insurance on the phone. They say all I can do is go through Samsung which closes building is too far to travel. METRO PIECE OF S#!+

Daniel was working Friday afternoon immediately rude upon walk-in tried removing a home internet line which never worked was told I can return it w/out receipt but Daniel said he wouldn't & that his manager will back him up all I tried to do was get a simple rebate but Daniel wasn't going to have it

Lazy staff. Went in today to get a phone activated and she was making every excuse in the book to not activate my phone. Excuses that don't even make sense, after going back a second time she activated it. Just take my money and do your job. Please and thank you.

The best service I have ever experienced from any metro store, all the ladies were so welcoming. I was helped by Olga Sandoval, she was so nice & very helpful. She helped me with everything I needed.

It's very bad yes I agree with others on these reviews Bad customer service yes Olga and Jennie.and Arlet specially look at your receipt before you leave. Over charged !! .They have no Loyalty. Very Unproffesional. !! .This makes me want to stop Metro. Find different phone Company..
