Approx. 50 miles from Los Angeles and 30 miles from Palm Springs, this establishment featured a beautiful view of the Bernardino Mountains. Located at the end of the street on E Hospitality Lane, the Hampton Inn & Suites is a pet-friendly hotel that is a little older and has no traffic noise. This is where my partner and I spent a night in May. There were several restaurants within a 2-mile radius. Greeted by the front desk, check-in was easy. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities in the building were kept up. The fitness room was small and great for a quick workout. Breakfast until 10 a.m. was definitely a treat, with a variety of options. They have a heated pool. The free parking was a bonus. The price was comparable to the area. The staff were professional, very friendly, and helpful, making us feel right at home. We loved our little time away here and had an absolutely wonderful stay, so we can recommend this place.

The worst experince in terms of hospitality in my whole life. The carpets in the room was simply FILTHY. I can't describe how much we were chocked during the breakfast time. It couldn't be considered part of the Hilton chain.

Straight to the point, the staff here is amazing. To elaborate, I spend about half the year living out of hotels due to work, so staff friendliness and willingness to help can make or break a hotel experience for me. This is often complicated by the fact that during work trips I often appear very unapproachable due to my attire and general appearance. Yet throughout my stay the staff went above and beyond to help me with different odd situations that arose. They were always professional, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel manager even made it a point to learn and remember my name. The hotel is a little older, but the amenities, cleanliness, and rooms are on par for the area. They have a heated pool, hot tub, breakfast, and gym which are all lovely things to see.Overall highly recommend.
