Got a new ball in and took it to Christopher (a month back in after not bowling for 14 years). I initially was going to reuse the layout I've had with the last few balls including a newer ball, and he asked me what I was looking for out of the ball and motion and advised me to change my layout, and came up with a layout that gave me exactly what I wanted out of the ball. Old school equipment in the shop with a very knowledgeable craftsman at work!(PS- be sure to bring cash! Cash only for outside balls)

Excellent customer service. Got a new ball for my son and some free advice/ lessons....Great to work with. We are coming back soon to get more bowling equipment.They have been out of business for a few years 9/2021

Great shop for your bowling needs came in to buy a ball and got hooked up Great service and Christopher is the Bowling Guru in Inland Empire Wow the knowledge this Guy knows got Me taking lessons and Improving my average. I actually found out I'm a natural backup bowler . I appreciate the great customer service I got .

I look online to see if their pro shop is open. The times say they close at 6pm. I show up at 4pm, walk in just to find out that it's already closed. Wasted my time and my gas. They need to update their time online if they're going to be closing early

Hours posted are completely wrong. Claims to open at 4 but the bowling alley doesn't open untill 5. Also during the posted hours the person that works inside is either bowling or not there to assist you. Very inconsistent and unprofessional.
