Understaffed and the lady in charge is under qualified. Needless to say if you want to spend over an hour to make a simple payment despite having an appointment this the place for you! This place is a joke.

Fred loya does not mail notifications when policy expires. Call to make my payment and was told I couldn't make payment because my policy had expired. In order to reinstate the policy I needed all 4 vehicles present 30 min before closing. Such an inconvenience for a long term customer.I was quoted on a new policy would double in price 2 days later. Such a scam. Most companies mail a notification asking if you like to continue.

Do not use Fred loya bad service charge me for roadside service and when I called they said they were closed I got no help they have there 40th location closed so I get charged a late service charge that they won't wave do to the fact the 40 location was closed and the have a list of people I have to exclude from my policy that I don't even know smh this company is a joke

Fabian is the only agent at this location that is always present and ready to assist customers. He is professional, respectful, and very helpful. My questions are always answers and I feel like we always complete the tasks that bring me in. Would recommend this location if you need assistance.

I went with my son to get insurance on his car. My son didn't have a credit card so I let them run mines one time. Before letting them run it I asked them over and over if they was going to take money off my card each month and they said no. Every month they did what they told me they wouldn't. Now I have to dispute the charges.

So we've been with this insurance for a while, but lately this has been the worst experience. This whole year we've had several of our vehicles crashed or something stolen out of them. We've had trouble contacting them. When we finally get through they are all rude always hanging up. When we ask for the rep we know they say she's not there. So finally we ask where is she? they say "oh she quit" like are you serious this whole time they been just blowing us off making us call everyday. My mom choose this insurance because she only speak Spanish. So she was on the phone put on hold. So they finally answer and she's gets put on hold again because they told her they had no representative that spoke Spanish and she then has my sister answer on her behave. My sister says "hi, I'm sorry my mom wants to know if anyone speaks Spanish?" The girl working there "hi yeah I do. My sister "so why haven't you answered my mom, she's been trying to talk to you in Spanish" the worker there "oh because she called the English line". It makes no sense to ever be this disrespectful to a person in need. This is so disgraceful, the worker(girl) then proceeds to laugh and hangs up. For an insurance to calm they are there for the Latino community, only tent to be so rude unprofessional. I do not recommend this insurance.

Takes forever and the lady helping us made everything more aggravating and difficult than it had to be.On our return visit it was a long wait again, however, at least we got a different lady that was more customer friendly.
