I was a guest at a wedding in this place. The room is very nice, but the service is not. They stopped serving dinner before the indicated time, if you wanted a drink you had to wait a long time and sometimes unattended. But if the cleaning staff barely got up to dance, they picked up your drinks, you had to wait a long time to receive another drink, at my table they only gave cake to 3 people, the rest of us just watched, they scolded the children because they were playing on the floor, because they started mopping the floor in the middle of the celebration, and several other details. I don't recommend the place.

My granddaughter's Sweet Sixteen Quince style. The lit up dance floor complimented her already gorgeous dress. Security seemed to be pretty vigilant. Also, security was driving around for the multiple events/halls happening at the same time. DJ played a very big variety of music. Spanish, older stuff us adults listened to and whatever they call their music today (pop?). They eventually brought out a robot with blinking lights and then lightning bopers (for lack of knowing WHAT they're called) for everyone. He danced several songs up till the end. Which was great considering the costume with all the blinking lights.
There were a few downfalls as well. They didn't let us know or wait for us (mom included) when she cut her cake. Who serves Mexican food with rolls and not tortillas. My son-in-law had to point out to them all the beer he bought/brought for the adults. They didn't know which was ours? You'd think that ot would've been be obvious, as it was $1,000 worth of 6 different kinds. They did let us take the lots off leftover food home. A few more things but I'm sure you get the drift. It was like they were preoccupied with the other events. So, I think they cut their staff just a bit too thin. ?
My granddaughter has a great time, though and that's what matters.

I went here for a quinceanera a while back, it's nice. They had a security guard to make sure nobody under 21 was drinking alcohol. Everything was very well organized and secure.

Attended a quinceanera. The site was in a location I normally don't go to. But I was presently surprised with the professional and courteous treatment of the business staff. I will recommend to anyone in the future.

Disappointed and Dissatisfied
We recently hosted an event at COUTURE EVENTS, and I must say it was a complete letdown. Despite their promises of impeccable service and attention to detail, the reality fell far short of expectations.
Firstly, the venue was not properly prepared upon our arrival. Despite confirming all arrangements well in advance, the space was disorganized and lacked the ambiance we were assured of. Additionally, the promised amenities were either unavailable or of poor quality.
Overall, my experience at COUTURE EVENTS was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise against hosting any events there until they improve their standards and fulfill their promises. Save yourself the frustration and find a venue that actually values its customers.
Don't waste your money in places like this one. You will be disappointed

Bad experience. Very bad service. They take time to answer the phone. The screens do not work well. They do not agree to comply with what they offer. They put the decoration they want even if they give you a choice. The bathrooms did not work. They do not put the Air conditioning, just some fans that are of no use. The truth is, it is not worth paying extra $Money for the things they offer apart from the package. Nothing to do with the quantities and how they are served. See known, NOT the ones I hired, I RECOMMEND THEM, NO IT IS WORTH PAYING SO MUCH MONEY THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY 100%!!!
