I had an unfortunate experience with Steve Gutierrez, who represented himself as a sales manager for Volkswagen and the Martin Management Group while selling his personal vehicle, a 2006 Infiniti FX 45. As the highest bidder in his auction, I was eager to finalize the deal. After some negotiation, I even offered an additional $500 to secure the sale, and he agreed.
As my travel plans approached, including a non-refundable flight and hotel arrangements, Steve texted to confirm our meeting. However, just hours later, he backed out of the deal. This was incredibly disappointing, especially considering I had already made significant arrangements that couldn’t be canceled.
As a business professional, I value commitment, and I expected the same in return. I ended up losing nearly $600 due to his last-minute withdrawal. While I did receive a credit for the plane tickets, I am still out $150 because of his actions.
I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the situation. If Steve were to refund me the $150 loss, I would consider retracting this review. However, his failure to follow through on our agreement and make me whole is unacceptable. I give this experience 1 star, especially since Steve is not just an associate but an experienced member of the Martin Management Group. I hope he will do the right thing and refund my money.

Made an appointment @ SB VW for Saturday 11:20am on Friday 5:00pm. Came in 10min early, talked to Alejandro from Service. He explained to me why it would take about 2-3 hours. Technician was able to check and diagnose the issue with in time frame.

their Parts department never picks up the phone, very unprofessional place, i called about 20 times and their parts department would never pick up the call

These people will straight lie to your face about what is wrong with your vehicle to make a few bucks. Steer clear or keep Volkswagon of America's number close by. Sebastian was also extremely rude, this place should really have a customer service and morals class

I have a been a customer of this dealership for almost 10 years. We have purchased several cars from here . I have sent friends and family as well to purchase vehicles . I do absolutely love the vw cars but the main thing that keeps me coming back and highly recommending this dealership is their phenomenal customer service. Every time I walk through the door I feel like a VIP customer. Thank you so much VWSB for taking care of me for the last decade. You have a customer for life!!!!

I would like to update my review as of April 2024 and stand by my original rating. As a busy electrician who works many hours and doesn’t have time to always service my own car, carpros sb has reliable technicians who find real issues and don’t try to scam you. They are always happy to provide photos of what needs to be repaired and why. Not only that but the service from Christian was great. They provided friendly service while offering the current service promotions in order to save the customer some money on upcoming services. Overall great experience.
