If I could leave 0 stars I would . The graveyard shift employees lock the doors and go sleep in the back. Every bad service. The owner should be embarrassed of this business being ran like this. It's supposed to be open 24/7 but it's not

I came here to buy some food cause I'm going to work and I'm hungry. Bbut the moment I reach the door a lady blocks my way and asks me to put my backpack next to a ice cream machine. I don't see any sign outside saying I can't go inside with a backpack, and I'm pretty sure if someone steals my backpack while I'm inside the store they won't take responsability. Bad service. Not coming back to this place.

This store is supposed to be 24hours I came a little after four and saw a sign on the door that said be back at 4:15am I'm actually still here now at 4:42 have watched at least 20 costumers come and go and they still aren't opening what happen to 24hrs

Very polite employee, especially for the middle of the night. I thought he was gonna treat me a certain way just for being in a San Bernardino gas station at midnight, but I was so wrong. He was cool and I saw him treat others that way as well. Because of him, that ampm is an oasis in the desert of the Dino. I also really appreciate the fact that they're even open that late in that area. It's usually hell trying to find a place you can go inside and make your own drink or get cash back after dark. On my list of places to stop if I want the experience I've grown accustomed to at a gas station. Plus my friend who knows the area better than I do told me to go there and I know he watches out for me so that's a great compliment to this store that he trusts them with me :)

The service when comes to buy snacks or drink is good but when comes to the restroom,horrible service. I'm telling you why is a horrible service when comes to restroom, I work as security guard night shift in other property across the street from Goodyear on baseline, I need to use a restroom, all other stores were closed, only is open 24 hours is ampm, I thought restroom is open but unfortunately is not open. Moment I had to really go as I went crazy as in my mind, Hispanic man with no common sense came to me with stupid a** rules. I verbally fighting with him because I'm fighting that I need to really go and it is emergency. He is really stupid, I know why, ampm or mangers rules like this made him really stupid. He had a nerves to pre judge me coz I'm disrespectful. In my mind, I had to fuckin, I had to fuckin go, simple, done. He told me that he hear me ain't enough. I kept fought with him that I need to go, I kept on fighting right back to him that common sense need to be served. then he had the nerves to try to call 9-11. I will go there in the morning, tell manager how I really feel. There is a things that needed to change, I rather pay 25 cents to unlock to use a restroom than not allowed to use a restroom at all. That will be solutions. I will not stop the fighting till common sense is served.
