Over priced food and experience. Food was Very very salty. Customer service was one star at best. What they call a bar was laughable. Half the drinks on the menu they don't have and that's after you wait 45 minutes for anybody to even work the bar. People were standing there waiting and just leaving. I had to go BACK to the front of the alley and have him page the bar person. TACKY. Especially since it's already over priced there. After the food raises your blood pressure from being drowned in salt and the bar from hell the machine for the lanes don't even work they have them disabled so you HAVE to go ask for every little thing which will take 45 minutes again. I thought arlington lanes was bad until i went here

Just bowl on lane 7 and 8 for league tonight for 5 hours. Our ball got stuck in the machine waited 15 to 20 minutes just to wait. Happened to us 4 times today. We were the last one to leave the bowling alley than everybody else. All our balls has scratch and it got dirty it was so hard to clean them. Didn't leave the bowling alley until 11 at night. And we started bowling at 6:30

Bad customer service here, had a seat at the bar asked the waitress if she could put in ESPN on t.v told me to ask the front desk instead of her doing it. Went to the front desk to ask and the guy working there said the t.v were on a set schedule and he needed to ask the manager before changing the channel. Ask if he could ask and said he was busy at the moment. Such a bogus answer if their lazy just say so instead of giving of saying these ridiculous excuses. Walked out glad I didn’t spend one penny here, went to proper sports bar where I can ask for anything I want on T.V. Very lazy workers.

PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU’RE CONSIDERING GOING HERE. They will tell you they charge 9.99 per game! All their screens will say it!!! Then at the end when you go to pay they say per person!!! It ended up being 140$ for 3 bowling games for 4 people!!! That’s a SCAM!!! These people are thieves please do not go here, every other bowling alley I’ve ever been to is like 40$ for unlimited games for any amount of people!! They also charge out the ass for beer! WORST BOWLING ALLEY EVER! TERRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO TO PERIOD.

BUT ?OMG THE Music Videos too EXPLICIT ?????? A woman licking a man's chest going down to his legs in their thong Bikinis. I had my young Kids there, many other kids there too. The Music Videos ? Need to be WAY more toned down, theres plenty music Videos that are available

Staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. Pro shop operator was very knowledgeable. Never really had an issue with the lanes, but it loses a star because every time I go it’s about 85 degrees in there. Does the air conditioning work? I was much more comfortable at Fontana and Rancho locations not sweating lol

Awesome place! The lady at the counter yesterday was great with my son who loved the arcade while I threw some games. I like how there's tables by the alleys.

If i could put zero stars ! Went this last Friday & worst experience ever there was a drunk girl in there screaming acting crazy they couldn’t not contain the situation! The AC must have not worked because it was super hot in there ! Last but not Least my card was charged twice ! I called twice to try and speak to manager or someone
In charge both times they couldn’t find them they took my number down informed me I would receive a call back to correct this mistake however NEVER received a call back ! I gave up I’ll just have to dispute my transactions due to no help I won’t be returning here ! Please check your transactions since they request we put a card on file !

This place is looking pretty rundown. Our lanes had bumpers that wouldn't go down and keys that won't work. The food is all junk but the pizza was like cardboard and the wings were jello. The bar and game area was decent but that's not why people go here! Lots of room for improvement.
