Very unprofessional, drivers leaving alot of spam mail in mailbox, alot of irs forms are not from from irs and has a stamp of a logo of ftb services which establish before internet was even invented. Paper and forms are xerox paper printing papers and collecting money stealing identity and stealing alot of elderly people information. Public service employees a former united state post city carrier left the company of corruption. I'm a 79 employee seeing how traning showing employees to have time and patience when delivering all mail. To follow up with current residents and offer our protection while delivering people mail. I disagree with a printed stamp and encourage people to use physical stamp as the stamp protects you and your identity.I trained and learned all I can read the whole training Manual. Watching how bad our public service employees are doing. I understand the physical part, sometimes we need to do alittle more work just to help the people. I am for the people and not for the money. We have nothing but time and we need our carrier to reevaluate how the deliver mail. Thank you ?Here is an update about USPS. I received a package from usps. Package showed delivered to my apartment mailroom and or receptionist. I checked in with my apartment receptionist item was not in office or mailroom. I walkedto post office about my package ? he said it shows delivered. The steward didn't want to help me was rude. Asked for my number he showed me there the item was scanned. It was scanned in front of 15 lincoln Avenue was not in front of 10 my item is stolen. Carrier is leaving missort. POSTAL EMPLOYEE is leaving lot of missort and or has a copy of a key somewhere in apartment. Item in the apartment mail box including checks and other items are getting stolen per say of our apartment resident. This has been going on for too long. I left an an inquiry at salinas office and I have left a message to postal inspector.

Always something wrong with this post office. Every time it something. the last situation is i was sitting in the living room and i heard that mailman dropped something in the mail box. i went to check and there was a note that our package is in the office and they were not able to deliver it because nobody home… didn’t even knocked the door! or ring the doorbell… why do i have to go to the office why do i need spending my time to call for redelivery? i was at home sitting next to the door. 80% of incompetent workers just wasting time at this facility and creating problems. just in general terrible service.

They're pretty rude at this location, even the simplest questions are met with patronizing and they just sound like they don't want anything to do with you the whole time.

worst experience ever, the rudest customer service as soon as I walked in the vibe was so disrespectful, never again coming to this place. scheduled my appointment like 3 weeks ago just to get it canceled because I couldn’t find my social security number, have in mind I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and she canceled it, i was ready before my appointment time frame ended, such a let me not say it ??♀️

Would give zero stars if I could. I always discount rudeness at first in case someone is having a bad day. But the old man at the counter is ALWAYS rude. Worst location. Today I asked if there was cheaper postage for a package and he retorted "NO that's the lowest. You don't mail very often do you?" Actually, I do. I print my own labels at a cheaper price online but today I didn't have time. Disgruntled postal workers are still a thing. If a job makes you rude and unhelpful, he should consider something other than customer service. Retire already and be happy.

The delivery driver that operates out of this station, and serves River Road, 93908 is a massive, lazy, unmotivated, can barely read, can barely drive postal employee. Yah, you!!! white guy that can barely move his foot from the gas to the brake because you eat 10,000 calories over your recommended intake on a daily basis. That 300+ pounds is interfering with the scope of your job and your mind. He throws our packages in the dirt or close to River road allowing them to be run over. I'm not worried about you going postal, because you'd fall asleep before any organized thoughts enter your brain.

I was worried about coming here from San Jose to process application for my Childrens passports due to all the bad reviews but I left surprised and please. The woman helping us was overall very helpful, even though at times she seemed short but she delivered fast, efficient customer service!

Les helped us with our passports. He was knowledgeable and quick. Whole thing only took about 15 minutes.

This morning we had an appointment to renew the passport of one of our daughters, to the extent that I could print a form and fill it out at home with time. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment and we waited patiently, when they opened we were the first, the lady as soon as she looked at the filled form, with a bad attitude she let us know that it was the wrong way and she gave us the correct way with a very bad attitude to the point that My daughters wondered why we had been treated so rudely, I kept calm and showed respect all the time towards the lady who served us, because despite everything I wanted to take the opportunity to teach my daughters a lesson in life. I don't know why we were treated with such disrespect, but we definitely can't keep spewing our annoyance, anger, sadness on others. We all deserve good service. We are your customers.

I am leaving this comment on behalf of one of my students who was sorely mistreated and on behalf of others in my classroom that have had similar experiences.My student had arrived at the post office with her Spanish speaking family - to which she admitted she was nervous to do because she knew she was responsible for translating for them. As they waited patiently they could see a lady behind the desk roll her eyes. As they approached she spoke sternly to them and my student translated. Long story short the family had made a few mistakes - to which the women who had a box dye job got very short with the family and made them feel very horrible. My student was confused as to why the family that was after them was treated better and thought it was because her English was not good enough. Students and communities members have been treated this way at this location quite often. It is disappointing to know that there is an individual that does not understand or uphold quality customer service. Regardless of the stresses of your job and your life, If your job is customer service you are being held to a certain standard.We are very disappointed as a class and as community members who used to use this post office.

We drove to this post office for a US passport/in person application, after figuring out that ALL other passport acceptance locations within a 100 mile from our house was booked for the next 60 days. I think I got lucky and someone else canceled. I was bracing for a bad experience because the first time we applied for my kid, we waited an hour at a usps location. Our slot was from noon to 12:15... no one else was there! They honored your appointment, and it was an easy 5 mins to get everything processed. I wish I got the name of the lady that helped us, she was so nice and efficient. This was a solid place to do the passport application submission.
