I was scared to bring my vehicle here because of the negative reviews, but my experience was great. I called around to several other places to compare pricing, and Safelite was significantly cheaper than the others for my particular vehicle, which has a lot of tech and needed recalibration. So, I decided to take the risk. I got an appointment for the next day, and Safelite got it done in one day. The technician was friendly and even closed my door for me when I got in. Very happy with the work, pricing and service.

I made an appointment and they charged me the full price in advance when the technician arrived to replace the windshield, the technician gave me some details to change the glass so he told me to cancel my appointment, I did and the technician Adán told me that A fee would not be charged but they did charge my card and several days have passed after my appointment cancellation and I have not received any refund of my money.

The work quality and speed is great. The customer service to get to the point of having the work done is the worst I have ever seen. They need to have a phone number available for people to talk to the shop especially when what is needed does not fall into any of your automated responses.

Don't use this place at all! They screwed up my father's windshield order not once but 3 damn times as well as added $500 more to the initial price! Now he finally has his truck back and things are JAMMED in the floor boards and the seat is pushed so far back out almost snapped some equipment! Not to mention the fact that there's a tear in the leather seat that wasn't there when the truck was brought in! Thus place should be ashamed of how terrible they treat customers!

Tried to repair windshield chip which they couldn't fully get rid of but understandable. However, when we got the car back there was a deep fresh chip on the door (same side as windshield chip). Tried to call but you cannot reach them directly as other pointed out. We happened to take a picture before we dropped off the car from that door and it was clearly not there.After few days got email from manager who wanted to see pictures. Sent multiple and still claimed it was not clear how they line up with their pictures (not sure what that means, but I never seen them take pictures). I have now to pay $500 deductible to fix that chip (it's almost new car).

I had an incident early in the weekend (someone threw a large rock while I’m driving along the freeway) any who. I called my insurance and scheduled a windshield replacement via online and had confirmed my schedule for an 8am Monday morning appointment. I lived 45mins away from the nearest Safelite repair shop. So I left early to get there before they open. When I get there they check me in and 10mins later the front desk person (Pacific Islander) told me that they don’t have the replacement glass for my vehicle, that I need to comeback and reschedule. I told them that I cannot drive back home with the condition my car is and for safety reasons (weather conditions: RAINING)His manager came out and apologized for the situation (bald guy), but there’s nothing they can do.So I called some shops nearby. Thank God that C&J Auto Glass is close by and they have the replacement glass for my vehicle.Lesson learned here.Give them a call first and confirm that they have replacement parts before heading. And do not schedule early in the morning when no one will answer your call.

Terrible. Had a 7am appointment it’s after 4pm we are still here. Also, when you try to call you can’t get any answers because it goes to a call center off site that don’t know anything.

The young man Nahum Montoya deserves a raise. This young man made my experience wonderful for my mother and I. Costumer service 10 out 10. Did my work nice and quick. Nice and friendly. Thank you! Second time getting my windshield fix first time was not so good but Nahum Montoya did such an incredible job :)

Absolute terrible work. Safelite came to repair my mom's windshield on her Nissan Sentra and I noticed all the plastic pieces were just thrown in the dirt while the window was replaced and they were never cleaned off and they were put back on very poorly not to mention all the hardware was not put back on the clips that hold the plastic piece in place are missing and not put on the vehicle

They repaired my windshield and part fell into my ac blower. Cost me $150 to pull out Safelite garbage. I put in a claim with Safelite and they keep ignoring me. Let’s see if they pay for thier mistake.

I had my windshield and wipers replaced on August 25th. I've now tried to use the windshield wipers twice and they are so cheap and flimsy that they don't even clear off water spots, and they smear the dirt all over the windshield. I am very upset that such cheap parts were used on my car - they are not even remotely functional.

The technician was very courteous, friendly, and professional. He's informative about the process of what is expected to happen. Glass replacement took a few hours to complete. I just waited for the work to be completed. Satisfied with the work.
