There are so many great things to say about Regina, it is almost hard to know where to start! We've worked with her twice - once to purchase a home in Salinas and again to sell it 4 years later. She did an amazing job on both sides of the transaction. She prepared us for what expect, provided a detailed timeline on what needed to be done and was very proactive in communications. When it came to the sale of the house, after our brother/tenant moved out, she worked with her contractor(s) to do some work - new flooring, touch up painting, dump haul, cleaning, etc. to get it into top-top shape. Not only did we not have to worry about it, her contractors did a great job and were reasonably priced. Regina made it a pain-free process for us.
Add to all of that, Regina is exceptionally kind and caring, far above and beyond the house transactions, and as our realtor. I whole heartedly recommend her as your realtor and would reach out to her again if the need arises on my side.

Regina was extremely helpful in the sale of my home.
I sold a condo in south Salinas. I needed to leave town right away. I was able to hand the keys to Regina and she took care of everything from the time I moved out to the time we closed on the sale. She provided assistance with remodeling, staging, and photography all at a very reasonable rate. I was on a tight budget and wanted to sell quickly and she made it happen. There were issues with the buyer's lender at the last minute and Regina was able to assist the buyer in finding a new lender to make sure the sale could still go through.

The Day I called Regina Shaw was one of the best things I have ever done. My brother David and I were searching for a realtor to sell our childhood home after our mother’s passing. Regina had great reviews, and the fact that we were all veterans was just a plus. How could I have know that she would be the first and last call we’d have to make? Regina could hear the stress in my voice about all that had to be done before we could show her the house. She immediately put me at ease. We were told that she could take care of everything, and that we could go home in peace. Boy was she ever right!! She and her team got right to work on fixing, removing, and cleaning up any and everything that was needed. Not only is she an angel, but her hard working team are the best of the best! Regina was always honest and upfront about every aspect of our listing, which was so greatly appreciated. Almost daily updates and pictures of the progress made us feel like we were still there. When we thought all the work was done she still had more. She staged the house so beautifully that it sold the very first day it was listed. How do you say thank you to someone that saved you? My brothers and sister all feel that our parents sent us Miss Regina Shaw, because she is truly an angel here on earth.
