I don't know why folks keep complaining about rising prices when EVERYTHING has gone up. I purchased a set of dining tables and 2 counter-height barstools and had a fantastic experience. Great customer service from everyone in the store. No pressure, nobody hanging over/around you. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for by consulting catalogs and acknowledging my several requirements. Value was outstanding as well, and this wasn't just cheapo furniture. Very upfront about order timeframe (I was not in a hurry, they said 3 to 6 weeks, got here in 5). White glove delivery very reasonable and quick. Overall excellent experience AND I prefer shopping with a local business instead of going to pretentious Monterey or shopping a multi-national chain. Thanks and well done.

Good value on recliner, sofa, loveseat. We shopped around Salinas and ended up purchasing from this store. Fairest prices in Salinas. We did purchase the set that was on display. Nothing was wrong with it and we didn't have to wait weeks to receive it. They delivered to our home the very next day. Great customer service.

We walked in with cash to purchase a sofa we looked at 9 months ago. The price had increased almost $200 on the sofa and when we showed her a picture of the original price from 9 months ago, the lady wasn't interested in price matching. She was nice, but only made excuses about why the price was so high. We thanked her and told her we'd try Costco and she only said, "Ok. Is there anything else I can help you with?" Ramos Furniture must be doing a booming business (nobody else was in there at 4pm on a Saturday) to let a potential customer walk out the door. Off to their competitors we go...

We purchased couches in April and the couches were defective, we asked for replacement. When we went to pick out couches they gave a a price of $1,999 for the replacement couches we asked for.

I was in the market for a bed frame and was told by an associate that the slats of a bed frame I was interested in were closer together than what the photo indicated which the associate knew I was looking for in a frame. I was told no returns. Trusting the staff, I purchased the frame only to find out the slats spacing did not match the associate's description. Plus the frame is noisy but I am more upset about the staffs dishonesty. My family and I have been shopping at this location for years but this was the first time under these owners. I don't think I will buy from here again any time soon.

Save your money!We purchased a sectional that was 1600...They send you something totally different than what you paid for...Horrible quality super lumpy sectional .Its a fuzz ball magnet even the throw pillows are lumpy..I've only had the sectional for a couple months ....Please save your money and go somewhere else....so disappointed I spent my money here

This place is awesome!! High quality products for fair prices. I highly recommend Julian in sales. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, not pushy, and seems like a good person in general.
