Based upon my last experience at Lowe's, I feel compelled to post a review. I had done quite a bit of research and ultimately bought a lawn mower. The customer service was very attentive, and they helped me to put in the order via their website so I could get the free battery plus by applying for their credit application I received an additional 10% off. I ended up getting what I needed at a ridiculously great price! Lowe's doesn't seem as frenetic as HD, and the team members that I dealt with were amazing. At least based upon my experience, I don't think that the overall low score is justified and unless I have to get something at HD, I'd shop at Lowe's.

Had excellent help finding a new Kwikset lock/deadbolt from manager Jay. Couldn't find on regular section or the clearance section, Jay checked the highest shelf-there it was! Thanks Jay for the extra effort!!

I’ll never do business with Lowe’s again. They guaranteed they would deliver a dryer for me on a specific day. When it didn’t happen, they blamed the third-party delivery service. And said, sorry! Lowes, they’re the lowest.

I purchased a dryer on line, scheduled for full service delivery, the technicians showed up, they had the wrong cord, acquired the correct cord, completed the install, tested the dryer and it worked great !!! The gentlemen who installed it were courteous, professional and even cleaned up after themselves, over all it was a great experience. Kudos to Lowes !!

I was returning an item without my receipt they said I they could not give me store credit because I did not have a receipt when the policies in back of them say they can issue a store credit Yaritza Said did the policies change for over a year and they never change sings. They stopped helping me and I called the one 800 number and they told me that the policy is still current and they were able to issue returns the one 800 number was very helpful and they made them give me my refund and they ignore completely that their policy was still active, very bad service from Lowe's in salinas YahritzaZ

Today I witnessed a guy run out the fire exit holding what looked like an air compressor, jump into a green truck and speed off with a girl driving. Could not get my phone out quickly enough to photograph the plate. Walked to customer service desk to tell them they just had a theft and was told to get in the back of the return line. So I left and called the store, asked for the manager, was put on hold for 5 minutes, then they hung up. They don’t seem to care about theft.

I'd give them a negative 5 if I could. This place is a joke. Ordered cabinets and counter tops through Lowe's in Salinas CA. Sales clerk Connie Tan. We paid the extra $100 for their folks to come measure our kitchen, then it would be taken off the bill. Connie is not a designer she just plugs in measurements into their cabinet program. Cabinets took about 6 weeks, gave us plenty of time to demo the kitchen, texture walls, paint etc. Cabinets 12 of them finally arrive and are installed in 3 days. Contracted had to be called back, uneven doors, one was cracked. Counter top folks that are not in our area, out of Hayward CA 2 hours away called to come by and temple the counter top. They did not speak English, I don't speak Spanish. I notified Ms Connie and advised her of my concerns. She apparently made a note and adivsed Mission FLooring on install day to have someone who speaks English. Needless to say I was worried. We charged $21000 on our Lowe's credit card. Install took place, I have a small kitchen these 2 men were at my house all day. The work was awful seams are very visible, corners are not flush to wall. They damaged/took out a chunk of a cabinet along with scratches. Lowe's take no responsibility for the contractor they have a contract with. I emailed Connie, who inturn left me hanging. Tried a manager who gave me a 800 number for install support. 26 phone calls later still no resolution. No one ever calls you back, you have to call them every 3 days and it starts all over again. I sent pictures 3 times, I spoke to 26 different people. The problem was the owner of Mission Flooring, George, never answers his phone, nor does he call you back. I spoke to 3 managers at Lowe's in Salinas No help what so ever. DO NOT HAVE LOWE"S INSTALL YOUR KITCHEN pay the extra money and get a professional to design it. What a waste of my money. It just make me sick. Praying these guys go out of business. Lowe's, Mission FLooring should be ashamed of them selves for ripping off people.

I want to start by saying I do not have a problem with other Lowe's locations. I can to buy materials for a floor tile job and wanted 15 3x5 cement boards loaded into my truck. Robert took one look at the ticket and ROLLED HIS EYES AT. As if doing his job was too much for him. Then he said he couldn't find the item. I walked back to the tile section to him the item. The lot on the self had a different item number even though it was the same brand, style dimensions features and price. His attitude continued to be obnoxious as he and a coworker loaded my purchase. Don't know what's wrong with this Lowe's , but it needs better people working here.

Purchased over $20,000 in materials for hardwood flooring and countertops with Lowe's. Installation was from 100 miles away, was untimely and still after 90 days is incomplete on flooring. Sent off for $350 rebate 6/3, never arrived in mail or email. A fraud company, unfilled timelines, would not let their installers put a bird cage up for me in the future.

Yet again - disappointed in this Lowe's. The store is always a mess. Customer service is horrible. Take the time and drive up to the Gilroy location. Huge difference.

Horrible customer service: an order never arrived, yet I am charged with shipping fees. Trying to clear up, and no luck. Instead they've re-ordered it without my consent. I've spent weeks on phone, email and "chat" trying to clear this up with no luck so far. They insist I "returned" it, which I never even got, so have to pay shipping. Everyone I speak to says it is solved, and it just gets worse. I'll never shop Lowes again.

I've been coming to this Lowe's since it opened, I've price matched items in the past with no problems. Today, the cashier refused to price match something so I asked for the manager and no manager was present to assist in this situation. This Lowe's is usually very good but not sure what is going on today.
