What a terrible experience. I’ve been waiting nearly an hour in line to get a car that I reserved. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for a rental, unless you don’t mind waiting for an hour or more.

I’ve had some rough experience with this site. I had reserved a vehicle only to have Enterprise tell me there were no vehicles for the day. Brianna ( I believe is her name) told me over the phone if it was okay with me to have the reservation for tomorrow (next day). She had also told me to to call in advance to confirm the shuttle service to get picked up from home. My call never went through from 3-4pm. When I called close to 5pm, Angel from the call center let me know that there was no reservation under my name.

Brianna the manager was super nice and made sure to take car of me. I rented a car through my insurance and even though I am 19 (renting is hard under 21 :/) she was super nice and patient. She helped me deal with the insurance and got me into a cute car. When I turned it in,Julio helped me and he was super nice as well. I definitely recommend this place. We have rented a car from this establishment twice (my mom once and now me) thank you Salinas enterprise staff!

My vehicle was hit-and-run at a hotel parking lot.I completed a claim for repairs and car rental on my insurance's website.I was able to select the type of vehicle I preferred, and the daily cost was listed when I filed the claim. No guessing!On the day I was going to leave my vehicle at the repair shop, Enterprise delivered the car at the repair shop. I was able to keep the car rental until my vehicle was fixed. It was a very easy process.Thank you Enterprise; I liked the car as well.

Terrible branch and customer service. Scheduled an appointment 3x and each time they didn't have a car available. The first time we came they tell us when we got there that the sedan they have smells like cigarettes and the other one is fully electric. Then I told the staff in person that I'm going back on Monday to switch out cars but when I called on Monday he said there was no appointment. So I told him to set up one the next day. Then when I called the next day before going in (because I know they wouldnt bother calling if there were no cars on my appointment date), they told us we had no appointment AGAIN. How many times do we have to call to set up an appointment and then confirm that appointment? They don't care about your time. Terrible. I've been really patient but this is too much. Not having transportation when you need and expect affects your plans and your work! Be better.Update- they were really apologetic when I came back and explained what happened. They even gave me some additional upgrades on the car. Thank you.

I love the BMW i rented! It really helped me getting in and out of California to Nevada vice versa fast enough without any bumps! Smooth trip over all! Thank you Julio for giving me the option to upgrade!

Actually I think the customer service has gone down tremendously if there was the option to leave 0 stars I would have done so. I rented a vehicle through my insurance in which case the had no cars so they said, we will have some cars the next day and that was not true they had other cars that were not covered by my insurance plan . So I took what they had and they said it was only 3 $ more then it ended up being 10$ after that they said even if they gave a car that my insurance covered I would still have an out of pocket expense. And the car they gave me smelled like spoiled milk I told the guy when he showed me the. Car and he acted like he did not even hear me.. i o my took it because I did not want to be stuck without ba Car.. no customer service at all...

Have been renting with these guys for years now. They are very friendly and will accommodate every time. Got a flat during one of my business trips and they got me going as quickly as they could.

Great employees awesome customer service just deceiving prices. When I reserved the car online the total cost of it all was not what it actually was. It was way beyond expected but i needed the car. The inline prices should be changed accordingly so customers wont be deceived and chocked at the real cost.
