Bought a Wedding Ring Set for $200 at Walmart and needed it upped from a 7 to a 9, but Walmart wouldn’t resize it.Pandora told me that Clasico could do it, so I took it there and they took my info and the rings.I go back with my wife when they’re ready, and they try giving me a cross, not a Bridal Ring Set. I mentioned that it wasn’t my order( (it literally says ring resize on the bag’s note). Then she goes and says it’s $140. I was very surprised, but I didn’t want to lose the ring and paid the $140….

Took my bracelet here years ago and wanted to wear it precisely today. I took this bracelet as it was very special to me it was a gift my parents gave to me when I was a baby. I took it in to Tony as he seemed to do pretty well with my watch repair and I was curious to know if he could expand the bracelet. Of course he said yes. When I received it I did notice it has minor red thin lines on the left side of the middle piece and he stated it's due to the "gold". I am not sure why I still decided to pay him and just take it home. Today however this happened. As you can see the snap on bail completely came off it is extremely thin! Sadly I do not even recall how much I paid for it and of course do not know where the receipt is. On the left side of the center piece of what is the front, part from the red lines I noticed there's a lighter color to it deliberately like when you dip something in color and some of it did not completely cover it so now it makes me question if in reality there was any real gold actually added to it or was it simply dipped in gold or was it dipped in something that mimics gold. Totally disappointed. On the left side right in the middle the jump rings do not match which I am not sure why he made it that way but anyhow it makes it look like the rings are twisted. In addition I did discontinue to go to him as well because the watches he replaced the batteries with never lasted. I ended up taking my watches to Sears at the mall instead where battery life lasted up more than 3 years. I am truly saddened about my bracelet I noticed right now that the end sides of the middle piece are not aligned either. Please do not take your jewelry to this guy.

Tony was a real nice guy, he removed links from my watch for a real cheap price. Took him less than 10 minutes.

Unless the manager is there, don't bother coming for any watch fixes. The girls there couldn't do anything to help.

Tony took apart my watch to replace the battery and it was corroded so he strategized with me what I could do to replace the watch but keep the gold band. His suggestion was great and my watch has a new face lift and I love it. Very affordable, he listened to what I wanted and I am very happy with his work!
