I really wanted to like this nursery and support a local business. I had been there a few times and was thrilled with the variety of plants. However after spending a lot of money on a couple grafted fruit trees, I was shocked at the response I got when returning for advice when one seemed to have trouble coming back after it's first winter. The employee was dismissive and finally shrugged her shoulders and suggested I try to give it some fertilizer ( the tree was dead). In an attempt to see what they would do for a returning customer, I asked if I could get a discount on a replacement and she said "we don't guarantee any of our plants."
This spring (second season) all the grafted branches on the second tree are dead and only the main tree is still alive.
So my advice is, if you buy from them 1) make sure any grafted tree is created using the fruit tree you want the most in case all the grafts die off; 2) keep in mind you have a 50/50 shot of the tree surviving at all and you won't get any advice if it starts to go bad.

I absolutely love this nursery. Everything I'm looking for and usually alot more ?. Picked up a birdhouse planter box and lots of beautiful flowers. Went to a different nursery first and they had slim pickings. Silly me I know to come here first! Thanks you for the great customer service as well. I'll be back soon.

Bokay is a stunning and marvelous nursery! 10/10 would recommend for good quality plants for reasonable prices. The reason for two stars is because of an older employee with shorter and darker hair, who was belittling and scolding a younger employee quite loudly in front of the customers on Thursday afternoon. It's sad to see such behavior at my favorite nursery!

We recently finished a front yard replant with Jeff and his crew. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Jeff was willing to listen to the list of plants I wanted and source them especially for the project. He created a layout based on our ideas and sought input all along the way. The team ripped out and put in a new sidewalk and added paths as well as planting and irrigation. If you are considering a landscape project - we highly recommend Bokay.

An oldie but a goodie. This is a well stocked nursery with helpful friendly staff. Prices are more than fair. I came in specifically looking for water plants for my fountain. They let me know fresh ones were coming in so I waited. Totally worth it!! Water lettuce and water Hyacinth. Super healthy and cheap! Don't miss this place if you're looking for plants!

This place is the best local nursery in town. It really has that welcoming family-owned feel. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and personable. My small children love coming here just as much as I do, which is a huge bonus. They love to pull the shopping wagon, greet the chickens & turtles, and say hello to Buster the big friendly Bokay Mascot pup. Bokay is clean, professional. Bokay Nursey Therapy! It's a thing. Love this place.
