Eric Torresgil I am very thankful for him because he helps out my mom, my brother, my sister and my son to get all new phones. He was very respectful ,friendly, and had a lot of patience with my family. I think the boss should give him a raise. I switched over from Verizon to AT&T and was promised a free Smart Watch for switching. I ended up getting charged for the watch and when I went back to find out why. I was told the associate made a mistake. Turns out the Apple watches were free for switching not the Galaxy watches, which is what I got. So when I tried to return the watch the manager at the store told me that the return was past the deadline (30 days). I explained to the manager that I just found out I was being charged for the watch, but to no avail. To make matters worse the first associate who sold me the promotion admitted to the mistake and the manager still did nothing about it.

Yesterday I went to this location and was very impressed. I left crying happy tears that my new phone works perfectly. The switch over from my iPhone 6 was ridiculously easy and Eric, the guy that helped was a fucking homie. Y'all should be grateful as a store to have him working there. He was SO NICE, and has a hilarious sense of humor. He also helped us right away, and made sure we got exactly what we needed.

I don’t want to go into awful details, but I needed to do a billing responsibility transfer from my account to my daughters account. Everything got so mixed up, working with a California store and an Arizona store, to have a fraud alert placed on the account. Let’s just say nothing was going in our favor working with the East Coast Fraud Dept to California time zone, along with authorized users. The whole thing was an absolute nightmare. I was starting to feel defeated and thinking we were just going have to deal with having the fraud on this line and not be able to do the transfer for our daughter. I went into the store and I was greeted by Stacey Beirn and I told her my dilemma of what I’ve been dealing with for the past three days and waking up at 4 AM to communicate with the East Coast fraud dept. She handled this so beautifully and was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and she wasn’t going quit until we had a true results of our situation. I’m just amazed at the extent of her customer service that she showed us and I am so grateful for her time and all of her efforts. By the time my two hour visit at the store was done, she had the transfer done. I have an experience this extent of customer service, and a very long time. Thank you Stacey for taking care of our accounts.

I needed to go into the store to purchase a new phone. I'm handycaped. Clairol open the store door for me. She brought everything to me I was interested in while I was sitting in a chair. She answered all my questions and set up my new phone. She helped me get up and carry my bag to my car. She helped me with my walker and to get in my car. Thank you

Stacy "Sparkles" is an amazing AT&T associate! We literally walked in the door and was greeted immediately followed by a warm smile. Within seconds we were sat at a table to be helped with all questions, concerns, and phone plans that were beneficial for us. There was no force or pressure to sign up for something that wasn't suited to our best interest, Stacy made sure to listen to all our concerns and phone plans that catered to our needs! She will take her time to make sure you leave happy, informed, and satisfied with your visit regardless if you walk out with an item or not. It felt great to shop, ask questions and not feel sales being pushed on us. Thank you for everything!
