I found a piece of furniture on the Ashley site for $298 and then called the store to see if they had it in stock and was told yes. After driving 40 minutes only to find that they were selling the exact same thing for over $900 +.... That type of mark up is crazy. I found the exact same thing on multiple other stores for no where near that price..... Needless to say I will never shop at Ashely Home Furniture again.

BEWARE MAJOR MARK UP ON PRICES- I found a piece of furniture on the Ashley site for $298 and then called the store to see if they had it in stock and was told yes. Very nice people, but at the end of the day they didn't want to give me my $ back when I canceled my order 2 days after I made the purchase. My shipment had not been processed or anything. Beware of this policy. Once you sign those papers you cannot go back. I was NOT warned about this. I was going to come back for some other deals, but never again. That was dirty foul play.

Got a wonderful couch for the Black Friday sale with an ottoman for amazing prices!! Thank you Hector T. for being so helpful and looking up the different couches and colors and ottomans we wanted. He even gave us the better deals online. Amazing customer service

Ordered a couch online (couch was $500) and I paid for the insurance ($50) and the Delivery/Setup fee ($200). In total it cost me $800.I just received the delivery confirmation call and was notified that they don’t provide a haul away service, so now, before they arrive tomorrow, I have to go rent a U-Haul and dispose of it.If Ashley’s is not going to provide Haul away services, then they should only be $100 for Delivery/Setup.

Looking for a recliner so went to Ashley's. Found one we liked but it seemed to be overpriced at $625.00 even though it said it was "On Sale". Asked what their delivery charge was..$95.00!!! How much to take away the old recliner.......$50.00!!! We learned our lesson about Ashley's before so knew what to do. Wrote down the manufacturer name and model and drove a few miles down the street to Furniture for Less in Sherwood Gardens. They have a big flat screen tv you use to find what you're looking for. Found the EXACT same recliner for $400.00 with NO sales tax. Delivery charge?.......FREE!! How much to take away the old one?.....$10.00!! Total?......$410.00. Said it would be there in a week and unlike Ashley IT WAS!

AVOID, I repeat AVOID Ashley's specially the Salinas location. HORRIBLE customer service, the girls up in the front are so rude. Not to mention we order our furniture March 20th were told it would arrive in 6 weeks, its June 22nd and they have an estimated (just an estimate it can be longer) of Beginning of July. We were between two type of dinning tables and the gentleman that helped us convinced us to go with one type so we could have it sooner since it was only going to take 6 weeks to arrive versus 12 weeks for the other piece we had liked too. Its been 13 weeks and we still have not gotten our furniture. Again AVOID this store, they lie about the delivery time and their front desk ladies are extremely rude.

We boght furniture and we made a clam for a table we boght because it was damaged and they came to take the table but they also wanted to take all of are other furniture and leave us with a really low quality table

We bought a sofa not a special order in june they said 12 weeks now there sayingNovember I should have just got one at Costco I could have had it and then I could have return it if I wasn't happy on my receipt it says I cannot return it even though I haven't received it yet I will never shop at Ashley home store again How can they open a new store in Sand City And fill it full of furniture but I can't get my sofa? I called Ashley's in November are sofa was here but when I went to pick it up it had been six months i wasn't sure if it was the same sofa it wasn't make sure you take a picture of the one you Actually purchase

This is the second time I ordered furniture from this store, and given incorrect shipping time. I bought a coffee table on Black Friday and was told 4-6 weeks, I called after 7 weeks and they said another 2 weeks. The girl who answered hung up on me and when I called back no one answered.... How convenient!

Never again! This place is a joke. They are wonderful at making a sale, but afterwards will take your money and run. I was told 6-8 weeks for my items to be in stock. I called periodically and got the run around of excuses for why it was delayed. It took over 3MONTHS for my furniture to make it to the store, and now I have to wait another 3 weeks for delivery. And the delivery hours are 10-6, and they will only give you a smaller time frame window the day before….ridiculous. I called to speak to a manager to at least speed up my delivery, but no response.This store cares absolutely nothing about its customers, they are only trying to make a buck. Very disappointed in their terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time here.
