I’ve always had bad experiences here.. haven’t gone in a few years. Purchased wine and went back 2 minutes later for candy and they both treated me like I stole something. They were so confused….not clear with the language barrier why they treated me like I stole something. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. HORRIBLE

woman at register called the name of a man in Spanish and some guy from the back asked me to "Hurry up because he has had a lot of problems'. I asked him what was he talking about I've been in store for about 8-10 minutes. So I replied " are you ok?Ive been here for about ten minutes? His reply was, ' I don't want any problems. So I handed over some items I was gonna buy and called me stepson (age 21' and I stated that he needed to get examined. Basically employee thought I was gonna steal something? .I don't live in Salinas and was headed to Maya Cinemas. Thought I would stop by and get snacks and such but male employee was assuming crimes or potential crimes in his eyes of any stranger..... sad..

Called to this 7-Eleven and asked for cups and they hung up on me. So we went there and the cashier didn't even speak English so I asked for the manager and he didn't even speak English. When all we wanted was the cups and we were gonna pay full price for them but then couldn't understand us. They couldn't help us out in any way possible.

I enjoyed coming into this store every morning and seeing the manager Damien always ready to help always with a smile greeting everybody and is always busy making sure there’s coffee and hot food! It’s too bad that the rest of the crew there doesn’t do the same work always on the phone never helping out. They all need to be more like Damien and that store would run a lot smoother.

Customer service here, TERRIBLE!This older lady who has really short hair. Don’t know here name because no one wear name tags! This lady is always working at this location. Her attitude is the worst. I’ve seen this lady since I moved here in 2015. But working here her whole does not give the pass to be rude. Also this place needs more Spanish speaker cashiers like coke one this place is surrounded by the hispanic community and to have her be the only one who speaks descent Spanish! And plus she’s rude to the ones who only speaks Spanish. Screaming that she doesn’t care, looking at you annoyed while trying to get your coins while no one is in line? Rude unprofessional employee.

Bad service terrible! I think everyone knows who I am going to talk about. This older women who has really short hair, the cashier. She's been working her whole life I've started seen here since 2015. But does that give her the right to be rude to customers? This lady is so rude to the Hispanic community, extremely rude. And for her to be the only one who speaks Spanish, she doesn't even speak proper Spanish. This lady is old and you can tell she hates her job but to let that out in everyone is so rude. This lady does not care at all she wants everyone out the door. I've noticed she's been the only cashier there and sometimes there are other but the other are the same. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. But this lady is something else. Working her for years does not give you the pass at screaming at everyone. This places needs to better their customer service!

So apparently this location is very racist to the Hispanic community, my cousin was there and the cashier was being really rude, The Majority of their customers are Hispanics. Many of them who work in agriculture. My cousin for example had just gotten out of work when she decided to go to 7- eleven to get a money order to pay her rent. She waited in the line like any decent person, when a white late walked in and decided to cut her by getting infront of her in the line. My cousin ( speaks Spanish and a dialect) then told the cashier that she was there first . That's when the cashier started talking to her in Spanish saying she didn't care who was first. My cousin obviously got upset since the line was already a long wait. The cashier had no patience what so ever and so she started cussing both in English and In Spanish at my cousin and then decided it was a great idea to throw the money order at my cousins face. This place is just a horrible place to go to. No one should be discriminated because of their looks. I hope someone from management looks into this but based off of the reviews this place has management doesn't seem to care how their store looks..

It's 7/11 today technically it's free slurpees today however I went to every 7-eleven in Salinas and they all said the same thing that there machine was down, If you promote something stick to it, don't just shut down the machines and say there down in order not to lose money. I am very upset about this.
