Letty was professional and helpful. She did not make assumptions based on my physical appearance or the appearance of my jewelry. Not sure exactly what my ring hit to break it, however, Letty looked up the warranty and sent it off for repair. Thank you.

Had went to a few jewelry stores and they were so pushy and it wasn't a good experience. Walked into zales and it was just immediately different and didnt feel overwhelmed or have them try to push the most expensive thing on you.
William greeted us and was so incredibly nice. He listen to our needs and wants and helped my husband and I find the best for us. Didn't feel pressured didn't feel pressured. Such an incredible experience.
