There was a problem with temperature control system. Staff thought they fixed the problem. My further attempt to have the problem resolved were unheeded.

The rooms are unique and VERY clean!!! The stars of the hotel though are Safal and Lokesh!! Safal is the general manager and was very hospitable and kind to us when we were stranded in Sac!! Great guy who really knows how to demonstrate customer service!! Lokesh was attentive even though they were short staffed and made great drinks!!! Overall a WONDERFUL experience!

My overall experience was not that bad. I only stayed 1 night. I was a bit irritated with the short staffing. We ordered dinner and it took forever to get our food, drinks and even water. I ordered the fish and chips.... I would not recommend this dish. It took 45 minutes, and it was not worth it. I included a picture. We were encouraged to come for breakfast as it was a buffet style and wouldn't have to wait to be served. We were told breakfast started at 0600. It was almost 0700 before all the food was out. They didn't have sugar or creamer for the coffee. They didn't have hot water for tea. The front desk didn't have anyone available for people to check out. It was like a ghost town, and the music was blasting as if we were in a dance club. I found someone when I walked into the kitchen to find out about the sugar and creamer. My overall experience wasn't too bad but they really need to get it together. They should hire more staff and revise their dinner menu.Rooms: My room was small with paper thin walls but clean.Noteworthy details: They had a variety of food items to purchase in the little store offset from the front desk. I was surprised they only offered FUJI water...pricey

I really enjoyed my stay. Safal checked me in and he was very professional and provided great customer service each encounter. Lokesh also provided great service. I recommend this hotel when in the area.

Amrita checked me in and was very nice. I would have given 5 stars for my stay based on Amrita and the room, however, due to MANOJ the shuttle driver I had to give a lower rating. I was told by one male staff member to take my time for the shuttle because he would be driving me. Then I find out the shuttle left already and MANOJ was the driver. I waited 30 min for MANOJ to return. My 4 pieces of luggage were inside at the direction of staff. MANOJ yelled at me to "hurry up" and get the luggage outside because he was leaving. He never asked me what airline or gate. He dropped off people at gate B and I advised him him passed my gate, which was gate A. Instead of taking me to gate A, MANOJ dumped me with all 4 overweight pieces of luggage at the other end of the airport! He yelled at me to go inside. I assumed he would bring my luggage. He did not. He made me take all of the luggage across the entire airport to check in since he did not take me to my gate. I had to leave 2 pieces of luggage unattended as I went back to retrieve my other two pieces that he left on the curb! He never even apologized!! I contacted the management and the man only said he apologizes for what happened and he will speak to MANOJ. That is it! It would have been easier to just take an Uber!! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!

The service was outstanding. From check in too check out the service was excellent. The front desk associate YASMin was so inviting and personal and being from out of town that was really refreshing to make me feel like at home. At the bar, my man Lokesh was the best service I’ve gotten in a long time. He is so friendly and inviting that you end up hanging around longer just because he’s so funny and engaging. Thank you for all your great service!

If I could give more stars, I would. Lokesh was amazing. Super polite and literally cooked me a Caesar salad and chicken quesadilla at 1:30am after a 15-hr travel day. Can’t say enough good things. It’s rare to find hospitality service like that these days! Thank you Lokesh!

This place is awesome. They have a wonderful staff team. The bar is amazing. Great rooms and with a great location. Surrounded by shopping and restaurants. If you are in the area please check in immediately you will not be disappointed.
