I walked in today to open an account for my mother’s large estate. I informed teller of my intent adding I personally was a client. In total there were six staff and two customers. Despite lack of business, I was told by the teller there were no walk ins available. This was supported by the manager. She suggested I make an appointment. I left. Sorry Wells Fargo, US Bank will get the estate business.

Been a premier banking customer since 1995 with many Wells Fargo accounts. I needed several more accounts opened for a new business I’m starting and had the afternoon off. I called at 1:50ish to see if I could walk in and open the accounts that afternoon after going to the gym, or if I needed an appointment. I was told a walk in was fine. I showed up at 2:50ish, waited for 20 minutes before a banker rudely told me I needed an appointment and heavily implied that I lied about calling ahead.Very rude interaction and a complete waste of time. On the whole just confusing.My best guess is that I’m normally wearing a 3 piece suit when I go into this branch, and this time I was wearing gym clothes. Seems crazy that what I wear influences my experience at this branch so much.5 star customer service in a suit, 1 star customer experience in sweats.

Run, and run far from Wells Fargo. I had several ACH payments that were fraudulent, and I was told that they would reimburse me and handle the ACH reversals. However, they just informed me that my claims were denied with no explanation. I am now in talks with moving my business banking to another bank, and they informed me that Wells Fargo violated several laws in handling my bank accounts. I'm sorry, but the whole bank is rampant with fraud and incompetence. Just go to a local bank and save yourself. I'm now out almost $10,000, and now they are saying they will not reimburse me despite their blatant violation of the law. This is not specific to this branch, but I bank locally at this branch. I wish I could post this review for all the branches...

The worst branch ever, I have an issue with my safe deposit box and have been trying to get it solved for almost a month but it didn’t happen yet for the bad communication they have, the employees are rude and disrespectful on the phone they have no customer service at all.I am about to close all my Wells Fargo accounts.

Lou Mejorado, Premier Banker, is a great resource in this Wells Fargo branch. He is professional, kind and patient in working with Wells Fargo clients. I've worked with him twice and am very thankful for his assistance. I highly recommend meeting with him if you have special needs in managing your Wells Fargo accounts. Thank you Lou!

This review is all about the service! And it is excellent! This particular Branch is near my dentist office and my favorite Wild Birds Unlimited Store so I am in the area every now and again. Last week I happened to be in that location twice on two separate days. And on both of those days I had banking issues which needed attention. The customer service I received during both transactions was great! It is always such an added bonus when you have to conduct business and receive professional help AND a genuine smile. It just is! Daniel was so welcoming when I walked up to his station. The encounter was brief however he absolutely went out of his way to explain how I could do this same transaction online in the future. I truly appreciated that. And I did add a YELP TIP regarding Daniel's great service later in the day. I hope you saw that Daniel. Not expecting to be back anytime soon, I was! A few days later I was needing banking assistance again. I walked in kind of hoping Daniel would be there. And he was but with another customer. So my turn came and I was assisted by Laura (Hoping I remembered your name correctly because you did not have a card). So sweet! Again professional yet friendly and made my business so pleasurable. But this time she was giving me the TIP! We briefly talked about her nail polish because I made a comment how nice it looked. She told me about a product she discovered that has changed how long her polish lasts! Well...you know I wanted to hear that story:)! Thank you to both these employees for just being themselves! Professional, genuine and sharp! I am sure the Branch Manager is well aware what ''assets'' Daniel and Laura bring to work every day. Lucky to have them. Oh and that nail product? This has always been my go-to bank because it was always close to my home. This Wells Fargo Bank is right along Fair Oaks Blvd and Munroe St inside of the Lyon Village Shopping Center sharing space with a froyo shop and Peet's Coffee. I usually go to this bank if I need to issue out a cashier's check or money order to my landlord. All the tellers I've encountered always provide great customer service. The wait times here are usually short. I think the longest I've ever waited to talk to a teller was 10 minutes, but for the most part I'm out in a jiffy. As for ATMs, there's three walk-up ones, but this location is convenient for those who need to run a whole bunch of errands whether you're at the Lyon Village Shopping Center or the Loehmann's Plaza Shopping Center.

Awful service with business banker, fradualent charges, really thinking to move to another bank wf has been most frustrating and unprofessional lately and Ive been a customer since 2004.PS: I called the manager and Angie Maharaj came to talk, and we looked at the account, not only she was making most illogical statements, when we looked at the transactions she couldn't even use a calculator properly, I had to explain to her at least 3 times that her calculations were wrong after that she finally agreed.

The manager at this bank as well as the district manager are very unfriendly towards businesses. Even though I do a lot of business with the bank through checking accounts, home loan and commercial loans, the bank doesn’t value my business. They nickel and dime you on everything thru fees. All businesses have certain costs that are a part of business but wells seems to only offer those “perks” of waiving fees to larger corporations. It’s sad that a bank that is built on the helping regular small businesses has lost their focus

I used to love to bank here. Marcelo was always so helpful and professional. I was so disappointed when I went in today. I spoke with banker Thomas, he was rude and not helpful at all. He asked one of the other bankers to help me on Wednesday when I go in to the bank because he would not be there. Both bankers told me that they could not help me and that I had to call the main number. So I did no answer. What a waste of a trip to the bank.
