Zack was extremely unprofessional when we called to view a property. We are currently displaced by a fire and he was not compassionate at all when we tried to setup a viewing. He brought my wife to tears with his lack of professionalism and not being caring at all. I highly encourage others to stay away from his business if he behaves this way to his clients.

Unfortunately I have experience firsthand of Zack Alber being a landlord to me from March until October 18. It was a horrible experience. On August 3 my air conditioner broke. I reported it to Zack Alber and he sent his maintenance man over to my home and I miss the maintenance man by eight minutes. At that point I spoke to Zack Alber 30 minutes later and he told me he didn't know when his guy would be coming back and he left me hanging for the next two weeks. He did not respond to my text messages and he did not respond to my calls for two weeks. At that point I went and purchased my own air conditioner. Another encounter is he harassed me numerous times by showing up at my house unexpected after hours and weekends after I had already purchased a air conditioner. He had never replaced the air conditioner ever. He also had the audacity to ask me for my brand new air conditioner after I moved out. This man is crazy rude dishonest and greedy. I had lived in my home for 20 years and never had a problem with my previous owner ever until Zack purchased the home. I advise you save your money do your research before you rent from any landlord especially him. He may be able to sell houses or sell your house but as far as a landlord he gets zero stars. I also paid for a diagnostic for the air conditioner to be looked at and he wouldn't even refund that money. He left me and my family in August in the heat for two weeks. Horrible!

Zack the property manager and owner at tower real estate is a slumlord... beware if you look at ones of his properties that's for rent. He doesn't respond, and when he does he's super rude! He just wants your money and never fixes the problems. Beware of Tower Real Estate

Zack helped us find the perfect home. Shopping is very anxiety ridden but he is always cool and calm. He gives excellent guidance and good advice. He always responds quickly whether by text, phone or email any time, any day. We were so fortunate to find him to work with. He is a 5*, a 12 on a 1 to 10, truly the best!

Unprofessional. I sent an inquiry on a home and was called quickly by Zach. He didn't give me much info but collected enough to set an apt. Everything spiraled down from there. For our apt thats was 2 days later, I arrived and had to wait for him, and he showed up unprepared and did not greet us or make a professional introduction, not even a hand shake... It took him about 30 min to gather the necessary information. His pitch was to down talk the home I was intrested in and tell me how difficult it would be to proceed. Then after 2 min presented us a contract. He wanted me to be bound to buy from him or pay him $950 if I didnt use his company.I thanked him for wasting my time. And will not ever return.***Friends. Read everything before signing!
