I have been doing taxes with this company for many many years and this is the only place that I trust. I worked for FTB and with IRS, and even then, I file my taxes at this company. In fact, my entire family does and we are grateful. The owner is very knowledgeable and gets it right every time. Thank you for everything!

All of us are not perfect and make mistakes somewhere, but I have never seen the way she does it. Tatiana was recommended to me as a specialist in her field. She is a scammer…. Instead of getting a refund, now I owe the state $8,000. She does not pick up the phone from me and completely ignores me. Is it just common practice for tax preparers to disappear halfway through doing a tax return? This has been happening to me and my friends more and more and she is no exception. We filed an extension because she requested an official tax document instead of a profit and loss on a trading account that I wanted to write off some losses on.By the time I realize that I’m not gonna be able to get this document from the trading platform, Tatiana disappeared. No response to emails, phone calls, voicemails, visits to her office. Nothing. Just vanished. Going to be filing a fraud charge for the amount she charged us and hopefully H and R Block can finish the return. Stay away. You’ve been warned.

I call and ask, "Can I schedule an appointment for tax prep?" She goes "We're already booked, there's no more appointments." End of conversation. Go figure.

I've been trying to get in contact with her for the past few months to get a status on my return and have not been able to reach her no matter how many time I called and left emails. This is really poor quality service. 0/10.

I filled my tax with her but she never pickup phone to support you if you need a copy if your tax or something else, did call her 10 times, left voice message and emailed her so many times. Such a horrible customer service. I don’t recommend her to anyone. Please be aware of her support after filing tax with her.
