I loved the personal service provided by Levi and the rest of the staff. They were very accommodating. I will continue to shop at Pet Food Express on Freeport in Sacramento. A pleasant experience!

Took my two puppies for the veterinary services, however, I continue to go here for their amazing self services pet wash & pet supplies! All the employees are super helpful and friendly on weekdays & weekends.
Other pet owners are also always respectful and responsible my pups have never had an incident with others.

The store was very well stocked with lots of goodies. My only gripe was that the baths are timed (25 mins). I couldnt find this bit of information anywhere so hoping this helps someone. It is a good option for small dogs. With my large dog, I was only able to soap, rinse, and dry half of her. Luckily, my dog only got half of herself dirty.

They're always super nice here. I've come in a few times for pick up orders and the random dog toy. Always very knowledgeable about the different food products. My dogs also love the frozen treats.

I stopped in to pick up some food for my foster puppies & to inquire about puppy socialization groups. I checked out their dog washing area which I thought was cool. The staff was very friendly & helpful. They helped load the large bags into my car while I wrangled two puppies. I wish they'd repair the dog water fountain outside though!

This location has the friendliest and most helpful employees! The pet wash here is the best one I've been to in the area. The buttons and timer make it so easy. Other store locations have a different set up for their wash area that isn't as easy to use as this one. Great selection of products as most locations but the pet wash and employees make this one my favorite. :)
