Love this branch!!! My first time visiting a branch since I live so far away. Was welcomed with open arms. The staff was super nice and attentive and knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. Greeter was attentive in directing me to the appropriate place and service rep offered me services I did not know about that would help me save and earn money. Awesome branch, Awesome staff, Awesome credit union. Just WOW!!!

I enjoy this branch very much. It is not crowded, and the employees are very eager to help. The free coffee is a nice bonus.

Yelpers be yelping I guess. Two stars sounds bogus. I always get excellent customer service at this bank. Friendly and never overly busy. The online app is pretty easy to figure out and if you can't just make a trip to the bank and talk to someone. Be responsible and pay stuff on time and you won't have a problem. I just use the basic checking and minimal credit here so I haven't applied for loans or anything, but I've been using Schools since I was in middle school and I've never had issues like I have with major banks like Wells Fargo or what have you as far as outrageous interest and stuff goes.

I have not been inside of this place, but it's a credit union so I guess that it's alright.

I'm left unable to open an account because schools is neglecting to show proof of how I'm responsible for someone else's loan that they filed bankruptcy on.

Highly dissatisfied with the way I have been treated after having been a long term member....9f course that was the original Schools. Before they joined up with Schools FirstTold them I was I'll and Hospital used. They didn't care. Just wanted their loan payments on time ( car loan)Charged off my loan on the day I called to make a payment ....calling from the hospital. No Acceptable response. Just a lot of blaming for my late payments etcDecided to pay off the loan. They were totally remiss in restoring the title of the car. Lied and said the title was with the DMV. It was not!Three phone calls to find out where the title was to the paid for car. Paid in January. Title is now being mailed to me personally.Unacceptable I absolutely do NOT recommend this Bank that treats its members so poorly.

atm here on left side stole my deposit. Called them since they were closed this day with holiday and they said there is nothing they can do and That i'll have to call my bank and ask them to give me it. doesn't make sense, your atm took my money and you guys can't give it back? you are thieves , NEVER COMING BACK. id rather drive a bit more just to make sure i don't get my money stolen. I work hard for it and y'all just let these atms stay broken but continue to take money and not give it back. Really upset. I have no money now thanks you to guys. have fun getting sued with lawsuits as well.

I’ve been a member of SFFCU for 24 years. I trust them above all other financial institutions with my personal financial service needs.

I want to start off by saying that my life has changed for the better being with this credit union, they have helped me in so many ways and for that I am forever grateful. Now I want to give a special shout out to Vadim. Not only is he such a nice and warm person, he is also very helpful and he really cares about the customers. He goes over and above and really advocates for you. If u ask me if I recommend this business to someone? Of course I would, I love Schools FCU. Thank you schools for everything you have done for me and my family!

I don't care for their banking software update. It's not easily maneuverable. It doesn't even have the ease of their original. Communication leaves much to be desired. No longer back there.

I know there are still a lot of poor reviews of SchoolsFirst here and other places, so I just wanted to put in my 2 cents. I was also inconvenienced and confused when Schools Credit Union was taken over by SchoolsFirst. To put it mildly, it didn't go well! I had been a Schools customer for 25 years. But I'm now really glad I stuck with SchoolsFirst. I have been going mostly to the Crocker Drive Branch since the merger. It is the friendliest place I've ever banked. You never have to wait, and the employees are wonderful. I'm finding myself paying more attention to all the benefits of the Credit Union over a conventional bank since the merger and getting info from the employees at this branch. Here's a tip: in May, I noticed that they have one of those coin machines where you can dump your whole pre-pandemic collection of change. It's easy! A voucher comes out and you bring it right to the teller who can give you the cash or deposit it. No charges! No gimmicks! I love the SchoolsFirst Crocker Drive Branch! Thank you.

First I want to say that I was on my way to close both my checking and savings account, but my experience today left me confident to leave at least my savings open. I am a teacher and signed up for schools before the merger. Unfortunately, I never found the need to ever use it. At the time when I had opened it they were offering a 7% apy for their savings account but it only applied to the first $300 or $500. Not much. but it was better when compared to the pathetic 0.02% other banks were giving. Anyways on to my experience. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn't that busy. The place was clean, felt safe, staff greeted guests, and it had, for lack of better terms, "positive vibes". I was quickly helped by a bank associate named Julisa. She was very friendly and attentive to my concerns. I had informed her that I was withdrawing all my funds for personal financial needs and closing the accounts. I expressed my concern about the maintenance fee they were charging on my "dormant" account (an account that has no bank activity for 1.5 years). She was very helpful and addressed the concern by reimbursing my account those maintenance fees. She informed me that as long as habe a $5 balance and check my balance online every 1.5 years I won't have to deal with the dormant fees. In addition, being part of schools I will have valuable loan options for the future if I ever need it. Working with this associate made me feel like I would be in good hands if I ever went that route so I decide to keep my savings open. Overall I had a positive experience today with schools and if I ever shop around for loan options I will definitely put them on the list. Other things to note is thst they have atms outside if you need to deposit or withdraw. Parking was pretty simple as there was not a crowd with the bank. If you are schools eligible and looking for loan options maybe check with them to see if they can get you a competitive quote etc. Good luck and stay safe yelppies!
