The staff is very nice, knowledgeable, and organized. The best is there is no long line when you visit the branch.

Ms. Sharon is gonna mess around and make me leave my credit union in favor of Schools! I had a loan with Schools years ago and began receiving statements that showed I had hundreds of dollars in the account. Knowing that was incorrect, I stopped by to ask the staff to look up my account and go over it with me. I was greeted by Ms. Sharon (whom I would later learn is a manager), and another young lady. Ms. Sharon looked up my account and verified the funds were accurate, and that I put them there! She told me how to withdraw some of the monies (I didn't have an ATM or anything), made me an ATM card and then I asked about having the account closed, since I bank elsewhere. Ms. Sharon shared about the recent merger and how membership qualifications have changed, so I decided to keep the account open. I headed to the teller and was helped by Stephanie, who was very nice and provided additional information on how to manage my account. Lovely experience at Schools, I may be switching (primary) credit unions!

He helped me achieve a financial goal and worked diligently to get me where I needed!Super kind, friendly and professional, definitely recommend going to him anytime you need help with finances! I normally visit this branch often and Hasiba is always extremely friendly and kind! I had a situation pertaining to an auto loan and she went above and beyond to get the results that i wanted. It is my first time car buying and i was put in a situation that probably would not have ended well for me but she reassured me that everything was going to be okay and she explained to me all possibilities. She was also very communicative, 30 minutes after I left the branch I received an email from her regarding the situation and I appreciated that because I was extremely nervous! Excellent customer service!

My daughter was joining me on some errands Saturday morning and decided she was bored and was going to throw a temper tantrum at the front of the line. Serina was Patient kind and got some toys to keep my daughter occupied, and she must know a thing or two about toddlers because she brought one toy for each hand. Thanks again, Serina you made my day much easier.

They are always helpful and offer the best help they can give! Everyone is friendly and not like the other banks where they would refer me out and not offer solutions. They helped me with a lower interest rate and made everything easier. Awesome employees!

I wish I can double the stars for Avery at the Natomas branch!! He is the epitome of exceptional customer service! I've been struggling a little keeping my account current and explained to Avery my situation and he was so empathetic and helpful! I seriously cannot thank him enough! He almost made me cry at his window lol I realized after I left that I didn't ask for his manager to tell them how amazing Avery is so here I am, coming on yelp in hopes this message reaches Avery and his upper management! Avery, you will never know how much you helped me and how much it meant to me! Thank you forever!

If you want/need a fresh start, go here! This group is very much business with the family touch. I recently brought in a friend who needed a savings account. He also needed to improve his credit scores and transfer a vehicle into his name with no more money down. These amazing people who work here all pulled together and worked very hard to make this happen with KAITLYN being the go to contact person. It took a team, and this customer is very happy. This review reflects my opinion of the whole School's Credit Union Bank and not the Natomas branch specifically. I have been a member since 2009 and have seen this bank go from good to terrible in a very short amount of time. Ever since their merger, it's becoming unbearable. If I wasn't stuck because of my mortgage I would have left a long time ago. They are an un-organized mess. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Every few months it seems I get letters from them telling me there is something wrong with either my flood or hazard insurance and that they have taken the liberty to purchase insurance on my behalf until I provide additional documents. Every time I call and try and figure out what is going on they tell me my insurance documents are good and the letter was send in error. This happens every time!! So frustrating. Skimming through the reviews it seems I'm not the only one. If your are considering a mortgage with this bank save yourself the headache and choose someone else.
