this apartment isn't that well but okay but I have some major problem with this apartment I'm living in I have a cockroach infestation everywhere I go in my apartment I see cockroach we tried multiple times to clean the infestation by pest control and tell them to wipe the cockroachs out but the cockroachs are STILL HERE they are not doing a great job I dont recommend!

I have stayed here for 7 years in 2 different floor plans and its been a great experience. Westcal management has done a great job of constantly adding improvements and listening to our concerns, we have gotten new windows, benches and picnic areas, and this summer new laundry rooms. Still hoping for a dog park also though, overall a great place to live

Have stayed here for 7 years now in 2 different floor plans and have absolutely enjoyed it. Friendly staff, beautiful trees and shade, has a basketball hoop, very nice neighbors

don't move here if you want to listen to gun shots every night and worry about your kids getting shot because of crazy cars running up and down the streets. it's not safe here at all.

I love these apartments for their price. I think as far as value goes, these units a steal. The location is great, and the grounds are beautiful very well maintained. The laundry rooms are adequate. I've never seen a cockroach or rodent here. I have to leave a bad review, because this complex has felt extremely unsafe since I moved in last year. There were gunshots last year. Someone broke into the office and stole peoples information. The gates are always stuck open, and questionable people can be found in the parking lot. Someone in my building was stabbed and was banging on our doors for help. I've been woke up to loud yelling and fighting numerous times. Many people have moved out since it has been feeling so unsafe. If this place upped their security it would be an amazing place to live, but right now it just feels beyond sketchy.

I mean it’s ok but the manager all he does is sit and do nothing and the most washer and dryer machines are broken and he doesn’t do anything about it raised up soda prices

These apartments are in a nice neighborhood in a nice part of town. The apartments though, are old and run down. The cupboards are old particle board with laminate that's old and sometimes peeling off. The appliances in the units (fridge, stove, dishwasher) are old and in pretty bad shape - if I owned them, I'd get rid of them and buy new. The washers and dryers in the laundry room are old and kind of dirty. My neighbor's dishwasher broke a couple of times and she said they just replaced it with another old, used dishwasher. I've been here not even two years and my rent's been raised twice.

Due to unfortunate circumstances i had to move out of this property. The apartment was really nice. Neighbors were quiet and manager and staff was always nice and professional. If i ever move again this property will be on top of my list.

I lived here from 3/2015 to 7/2018We loved it so much we are moving back after leaving, now we are getting into a 2x2 from a 2x1. We're very excited to move back.

I am a current tenant of Rivergate Apartments and I must say I am very pleased with the management. All my work orders are taken care of SAME DAY or the next day at the latest. I like living next to the neighbors I have, quiet and keep to themselves. The manager is approachable and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to Rivergate apartments!!
