I've been going here for years and I love everybody there from pharmacy to just floor staff. They're always willing to help and I've called in a couple of times to see if they have something I'm looking for and if they do they put it to the side for me so I can come and get it off of work. And it's always clean !

They never answer the phones in the pharmacy. I’ve tried calling 6 times in the past two days during business hours but no one ever answers. During the last call I was put on a hold without ever speaking to anyone. After waiting, the woman who answered was very rude and wouldn’t answer my questions. She basically just said call you doctor to make them send the prescription and then hung up without any sort of “any other questions” or even saying have a nice day. I was still confused because I’ve never had to do this in the past to get refills for my prescription. They’ve been messing up my prescription for months now. Only reason it doesn’t get 1 star is because when I go there to pick up anything non-pharmacy, there’s usually a specific cashier there who is very nice.

Very frustrating. Needed to pick up a prescription but wasn’t sure when it would be ready. Tried to call for 2 hrs, no answer. Drive 20 minutes to get there to find out it wasn’t ready & that they only had one pharmacist working & she was dealing with a problem that was taking a long time, on the phone. But wait I thought the phones were broken? They couldn’t tell me or even give me an estimate of how long it would be & I had kids in the car so I left. Not the kind of customer service I was expecting.

I stopped by this Rite aid at 9:20 to find the store closed. There was two employee at the check out and we were trying to get their attention. They had a customer inside who told us he got kicked out after shopping with his son. They gave us no explanation when we asked why they had their doors closed if it was only 9:20pm and she Ignored us.

Rite aid is driving themselves out of business! Store policies on cash back or rewards has changed so much I cannot keep up with it. I wasted MORE of my time today on line with customer service....(remember they ARE getting paid and you and I ARE NOT) Jumping thru hoops is not my idea of a good time and I made this quite plain..........if it ain't broke DON'T FIX IT, RITE AID!!!I quit. Too much competition out there for you to stick your neck out that far, Rite Aid!

I am not a huge Rite Aid fan or shopper but it's good to know Rite Aid is local for fast pick ups. I mean we all know their prices aren't the best at all. But they have many varieties of products. The staff are always kind as well.

The people who work here are nice enough and helpful if you need something in store but unfortunately the pharmacy is a mess and I have no idea if it's a store side issue or corporate side. For over a year I have been filling prescriptions from here and the first couple refills were fine, but for the last nine months it has been a nightmare. I schedule refills through the website, in the beginning I didn't have text alerts so I would just go in at the scheduled time and the prescription would never be filled. Once I only had to wait ten minutes, but other times I have had to wait 3 hrs to a whole day. Again, this is for a prescription that was scheduled days in advance. I eventually set up text message alerts which saved me trips to the store, but didn't change the fact that my orders were getting filled hours or even a day late. I order refills as soon as I'm able (site only lets me place refill orders 3 days before I run out) but because of these delays I'm constantly running out and/or having to skip a dose or two, which is dangerous. The final straw that made me finally switch pharmacies is today I got a notification saying they were out of stock of the medication I needed and would fill it as soon as it was in stock. The order was supposed to have been filled YESTERDAY and I placed the order three days ago. They had days to fill it, or order it, or at least tell me they were out BEFORE my prescription ran out. Again, I don't know if it's a store issue or corporate issue, but either way it's too dangerous for the health of me and my family to do business here.

Used their coupon to buy online and pick up in store (BOPS) and was really impressed with how fast and easy it was. I would give this location 5 stars except they never have enough employees, making it feel a bit like a ghost town. Also, I am sure I won't get $10 off my order of $30 or more again, so Bops is probably out of the picture. Prices are too high. Thanks for showing me brands I'll now buy online if I want them again.

Amazing service and very friendly all around. Store Manager is a really good guy. Employees always say “Welcome In” and they always thank you for shopping with them. If you have any questions they always answer them and if they don’t know the answer, they won’t lie to get rid of you. The store is always clean too, which is really nice. Honestly I prefer Rite Aid over Walgreens and CVS. But I prefer this particular store location over anywhere else!

Do not let your wife go to this store alone! My wife is constantly harassed by the cashier of this store, a tall African American. Be extremely careful!

I was dismayed to find that they did not accept my GoodRx coupon for Rite Aid, and I was told that is determined by the local pharmacy. When I called another Rite Aid pharmacy a little further away, they confirmed they do accept my GoodRx coupon. It would have meant a savings of about $30, so from now on I'll use the other Rite Aid.
