Mike was an amazing loan officer. I couldn't imagine a more helpful and responsive guy. He knew all the documents the lender would need and after sending them to him for pre-approval the lender never came back requesting more docuemtsn. He made something as stressful has home purchasing really smooth and predictable. Thanks Mike!!

We had a unique situation, but Mike did not give up in helping us. I reached out to a few lenders and brokers but Mike stood out to me because of his quick communication and because he was extremely knowledgeable. I am truly glad that I stuck with Mike. He was efficient and patient with any questions that I had throughout our refinancing process. After reaching out to one lender and submitting all of the paperwork, I was unhappy with the overall pricing. Mike was patient and willing to redo the entire process with another lender for me to help us save some more money. I found Mike on Yelp and hope that my 5 star review helps him find even more business. I have already recommended Mike to many of my friends and family.

I don't typically write reviews but because of the stellar service with Mike and Providential Mortgage, I am going out of my way to share my experience. Mike is very knowledgable, thorough, transparent and responsive. He will even respond outside of normal business hours to ensure you did not have to wait beyond hours to hear back. Mike was on top of the entire loan process from beginning to end and made sure we closed well before the estimated closing date. The competitive interest rates and Mike's amazing customer service were hands down unbeatable. I highly recommend giving Mike a call if you need a mortgage loan!

My wife and I were introduced to Mike through a family member, and we bought our first home through Mike and Providential Mortgage . As this was our first home, we did not know anything about the home buying process, nor what to expect. Mike has been an absolute pleasure to work with - he is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions thoroughly and almost instantaneously. Once we entered escrow, we closed in 2 weeks, which is much sooner than we were expecting.

My first time buying a home and the process was seriously SO crazy and during this craziness, the one holding it down was...MIKE!! Mike was super responsive and very fast, I felt like I could always reach him and never had to worry about anything regarding my loan. He answered my d*** questions with kindness and understanding and was so patient with me asking repeated questions too! This was my first time buying a home and he explained every step to me very thoroughly. My home buying process wasn't smooth but Mike made sure my loan process was as smooth as can be! Mike is also very honest, loan officers are commission based so it would benefit him for me to get a house ASAP but instead he was very honest about questions regarding neighborhoods and homes. If you go with Mike for your home loan, you really won't regret it!!! Thanks for everything Mike!

Providential Mortgage went above and beyond all expectations for my family and I to receive a home. Timeliness, responsive, respectful, answered all questions my wife and I had - and met all parameters of the loan we were looking for. Tuan and Mic and the rest of their team brought an ease to this experience - which could have been unnecessarily stressful. Because of this company, we're able to be in our home and close on time before the holiday season! If you're reading this, there's no need to shop around, use this company for your mortgage needs! Mike from Providential Mortgage was HUGE in helping us purchase our first home. Being new buyers, we didn't know much about the process when we began but Mike was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of mortgage loans and answered all our questions clearly, quickly and respectfully. He was knowledgeable, professional, and amazingly responsive through the entire refi process. He always answered my questions promptly and respectfully (yes, even to the d*** questions). He regularly informed me about what to expect next and notified me each time I needed to do something to quickly move the loan process along. Mike’s experience and due diligence undoubtedly played a huge part in how quickly my loan closed. I feel fortunate to have found Mike for my mortgage needs and would enthusiastically refer him to friends and family.

I usually like to stay with businesses that I've had long term relationships with. When I decided to refinance, I reached out to my bank and compared rates with a few other lenders. My bank had assured me that their rates are competitive and that I would get additional discount for being a long term client. I was happy with the proposed interest rate and closing costs. Two weeks after starting the refi process with my bank, I recommended my sister to look into refinancing their home. A few days later my sister told me that Mike was able to refinance their home at a much lower interest rate and had e-signed their paperwork. Meanwhile my bank is still asking for documents every few days. I called Mike and was quoted a much lower interest rate and closing cost than what my bank was offering. It wasn't even close. I would have stayed with my bank if what they offered was slightly higher than Mike's. My new loan just got funded while my bank is still processing my application. I canceled the loan with my bank. Thank You Mike. I will be referring my friend to you.

I reached out to Mike about refinancing my home. It was my first time refinancing so I had a lot of questions. Haha He was helpful and informed me of how the process works. Even though everything was done over the phone and online due to covid. It was easy to do and if I had any questions Mike was always willing to help answer them. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends and relatives who are looking to purchase or refinance a home.

I was referred to Mike from a friend that had recently refinanced with him. I've been looking for a lender to refi my investment property for a while. Even for an investment property, Mike was able to get me a low rate with an appraisal waiver and closed in less than 2 weeks. Quick turnaround, excellent communication, transparent rates/fees! I will definitely recommend and use Mike again.
