OIC Tax Services helped us resolve our issue with the IRS! My father owed a huge amount of taxes and penalties for the years of 2008 and 2009, and was constantly receiving letters from the IRS when we contacted OIC Tax Services. Robert went above and beyond for us and was always available for any questions or concerns we had. He was able to put an end to the monthly letters from the IRS that were causing more stress and worry to my fathers life. Robert and his team took care of everything and got us through our tax issue to the very end with empathy. Robert got everything done in a professional manner and provided us with constant updates on our case. We are extremely happy to have our worries come to an end. Thank you so much Robert for all that you have done for us, there are no words to describe how grateful we are for going out of your way to take care of our huge tax issue. OIC Tax Service has my business for LIFE!!!
A few years back, unfortunately, the gentleman that had been doing my taxes since I was a teenager, passed away unexpectedly. I continued to use his wife for my taxes, but the tax service business became too much for her to handle after her loss. My next tax person was a friend of my mom's that worked at H&R Block, and she was great, until she retired. The following year I went into H&R Block, and the gentleman assigned to me, came up with some ungodly amount that I owed, not only to the Feds but the State as well. Being self-employed, the panic immediately set in, and I didn't know where to turn, so I called my friend Roni, and without hesitation, she pointed me in Bob's direction for tax service. He got my taxes down to what they usually were and made the process extremely easy. Since then, I have used OIC Tax going on 6 years now and have no plans of going elsewhere. I have also referred OIC Tax Service to friends and family members. The service is wonderful, and Bob is an all-around great guy......I highly recommend OIC Tax Services.

I ran into a tax snafu this year that had me pretty scared. I called a bunch of places and all of them gave me very general cold shoulder answers. But not Robert, he was very understanding of my situation and the mental toll it was taking on me. At the end of the day Taxes are scary for the average folk but Robert reassured me to not freak out. I had to wait for a letter to show up over the next 4 to 6 months regarding my tax review. Robert checked up on me monthly to see if I had any updates. Luckily my issue resolved itself but I was given great service and check ups while not officially being a customer. I couldn’t imagine the service they provide if they were under retainer.

Bob is awesome I had alot of problems and he gave it 100 percent by contacting the it's and fixing all my problems with the irs and fixing all my back tax returns and he was fast very awesome people I recommend oic to everyone

Had some tax issues that I urgently needed taken care of. I called OIC tax service and spoke with Robert. Robert was able to immediately assist with me my needs. OIC tax service told me what I needed to do, when I needed to do it and how it needed to be done. They also provided an accurate time frame of how long the process would take and would always be available to respond to my questions. OIC tax service is a great company and they did a fantastic job handling my case. I would absolutely recommend them.
