So I at this metro on Marconi there was a worker outside smoking a cigarette I asked were they open she said she is on break I said oh ok how long do you have left on your break she said 5 min yes I see she is the only one the store just opened at 10 am how are you already on break when she seen me she should of instantly put the cigarette out and help me since I’m the only customer right now then went back outside when I left crazy that I had to wait for her to be finished smoking her cigarette when she has a job to do then when me and my kids walked in she like we have no phones in store at all I’m ok I’m here to pay my bill they should close if they have no phones in store

they have a nasty habit of telling you one price then billing you for much more. if you do auto pay with them be sure to check what they take every month. as they will admit the mistake but they will not pay you back.

Ramona & Elizabeth yes my name is Kendra Russell I came to Metro today to see what my ACP and your associates here at the store mon a and Liz were so so professional they went above and beyond the call of duty and I really appreciate it and before I left at the store I was satisfied and I think did they both need a raise because they were so professional and so patient I didn't ever feel rushed whatsoever and whoever I'm talking to you need to take that in consideration and thank you so much for having two employees there are so devoted to customer service satisfaction thank you that's all it is good to do the talk on you whoever I'm talking to I can talk to somebody else or just this particularly

Do not go here. They overcharge and honestly I don't see how they get away with it. I went in for a new phone & service, the fat lady told me "best I can do is $220, out the door" and online it's MUCH cheaper. So I asked, why do I need the $70 plan? She couldn't really give a good answer. So I said nevermind & went to the MetroPCS on Watt Ave, in the WinCo parking lot. Same phone, same new service and it was only $115. I asked the lady "don't I need a 70/mo plan? She said "no, you have to start with $60 and then you can upgrade or downgrade your plan after the first month" still didn't make sense but I said it's better than paying $220. I even got the new tablet because of the promotion.DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE UNLESS YOURE PAYING YOUR BILL AND ONLY PAYING THE BILL.

This location is absolutely garbage. I first talked to Alvin who was a good salesman who convinced me to buy the most expensive phone I have ever bought. I went home excited, this was the worst phone I have ever owned in my life. I went back, Alvin wasn't there. Two female workers told me that because the phone I bought was faulty I was screwed because it was an upgrade. She just kept saying over and over again sales are final. I can't post her words verbatim because she constantly cursed at me. Not only will I not buy at this store, I will switch service. I have been a customer for over a decade by the way.
