Had a great follow up with Levi Whittaker for our Love-Encore redelivery meeting. Levi was easy to work with and thoroughly knowledgeable in every aspect of our new Subaru. He was able to explain and train us on every tech aspect and more. Levi made learning fun (lol) with his kind, yet professional demeanor and answered all our questions completely. He is a true pro!

On 23 August 24/Friday, I went to Maita Subaru to purchase a 2025 Outback Wilderness. When I was there I met up with Jerry Lugo a sale agent who was very professional, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and eager to help.
Prior to going to the dealer, I received a voice message from Jerry regarding the vehicle that you was interested in. Jerry sounded very professional and sincere.
Once I arrived, I received the same professionalism treatment as I experienced on the phone.
Jerry is unlike most car dealers I have experienced and heard about. Jerry was willing to help me get the car that I want without pushing. There was no fast talk. Jerry explained everything to me in detail. He answered all the questions and even asked if I have any more questions. That day Jerry walked in and out of his office about 14 times because I was asking him about parts and accessories that he was not sure about. He was willing to find the fact then have me going out there myself like most dealers would.
After I have made the purchase Jerry went through the vehicle with me one more time. He showed me how to use the infotainment system in detail which I soon forgot once I drove off the lot. Lol. There’s was so much information but I really do appreciate you Jerry. He even told me to call him anytime if I have any questions and I did. Again, he was there answering all the questions and asked if there is anything else I need to know. He always ended with, “call me anytime if you have any more questions “. (This was just yesterday).
The whole process was a breeze. I definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for a new or used car to please consider visiting this Maita Subaru and get to know Jerry Lugo for yourself. I am definitely will bring my family member there next year.
Keep up the good work Jerry even if you have climb up in rank.

No high pressure. Polite. Upon receipt of my new Outback, we found some detailing that had been overlooked but the detailer had gone home. Maita went above and beyond to fix it without inconveniencing me in any way. Learning more about my car via video chat was very helpful too.

Sales: Ended up purchasing a new car for my mother from this dealership and was also extremely pleased with the overall process. Rodrigo is one of the best car salesman that I’ve encountered, as he never pressured a sale and always thoroughly explained all of the features of the vehicle. Tony, the manager, was also a pleasure to work with and I’m grateful for his help in the process. Both of these gentlemen are the reason I went with Maita and will always return to this dealership. The only part of the process that wasn’t smooth, and a little annoying, would be finalizing the documents with the finance guy as he made multiple spelling mistakes during the process and was pushy with the add ons.
Service: John Peska is my favorite service advisor at Maita! He’s treated me well each and every time that I’ve been here. Another shoutout to the technician, Dennis, as he was very thorough with his inspection and went above and beyond to help me with my issue. The little things people take for granted I see and appreciate so thanks guys <3

Best car buying experience of my life! Maita really has it together. They weren't pushy with my "window shopping", questions, and test drive. I feel great about my decision to buy a new Subaru Outback. I am a 2nd time Subaru owner.

Purchased a used vehicle with high mileage from the dealership for my 17yo son, and within a week it had some mechanical issues that were expensive to fix. However, I am happy with how the dealership handled the situation and made everything right with us without hassle.
I would be very comfortable purchasing another vehicle from them based my experience and would recommend them still.
