As a first time home buyer, we really didn’t understand the whole mortgage business. Jason and his team took us through each step and educated us on the whole process. Jason was diligent, organized, and always kept us abreast of new development. We felt confident that if something needed to be done, he and his team would make sure to follow it to completion. I needed to contract the services of a CalHFA morgage lender. I contacted several lenders Jason Mata was the only lender to return my call. Since the beginning of our business relationship Jason has been the best... He has provided excellent service, he is very knowledgeable about CalHFA home buying program, guided me throughout the process, he was available via phone, text & emai to answer any of my questions, was always cordial. I also commend his team of loan officers who helped me so much. I got the keys to my new home on October 8. Thank you Jason.

I worked with Jason Mata and American Pacific Mortgage for my home purchase, and am so glad I did. I was working with another lender (who was doing a great job) when I began to learn about some of California's first time homebuyer programs. I called Jason to learn more, and quickly switched over to working with him and his team because I could tell that he does excellent work. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, was consistently ahead of the game and exceeding expectations. He knew just when to lock my rate, and he and his team were able to help me close on schedule even though we switched over to working with him partway through escrow. I can't recommend Jason and his team enough, and will certainly be reaching out to them for future business.

Working with Jason was a great experience. As a first time homebuyer, he really spent the time explaining every part of the process with you and is easily reachable whenever I had some questions. Our time to close was extremely tight, especially since I had reached out to Jason right after our offer was accepted - but he had everything work! He and his team worked overtime to make sure we closed on time!

I’m so glad I called the number of Jason’s Team on the CA State employee paper calendar. We are so lucky that we found Jason to go through our first home purchase. Jason was nothing but extraordinary during the entire process. Through Jason we also found our realtor who was amazing as well. Jason was always available when ever we had a question and he literally held our hand through the process. We were on a tight schedule to close our loan and yet he made it seamless for us. Jason gave us the best rates and deals he could and made sure we closed on time. He is still very responsive and supportive even after we completed our loan process with all the aftermath questions we have. We would definitely go back to Jason for any future purchases and highly recommend him to anyone!
