Will not ever be returning to this location or any HR Blocks. Darya Kosova is very rude, sarcastic, did not answer questions, did not help. After management was told about how she conducted herself she somehow ended up with our tax paperwork anyways. When I said I was not happy about that, she just decided to laugh in my face and stare at me. Do not feel like being treated like a dog when needing answers for things we’ve never dealt with on taxes. Wanted to go to “professionals” since it was our first time with a baby and other things we didn’t know about. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional .

Sanchita Agashiwala is such an amazing women, she was very professional and has an amazing customer service, she is very thorough and fast every step of the way made it so easy I will continue to go through her for the rest of my life filing taxes I highly recommend her to anyone that needs to file their taxes.
